I enjoy coming to this Dillons since it is on my way home. I absolutely enjoy going to the Asian cuisine and getting a rice bowl. So much meat is given except today. I had 5 pieces of sesame chicken and the rest was rice. First time ever I had this experience. I know food is high, but paying $8.00 for 5 small pieces of sesame chicken just doesn't seem right. I even told the girl that is a lot of rice and not much meat. She told me to have a great day. So disappointed.

This Dillons used to be my favorite! Until they got rid of some staff and I'm not sure what happened but there's a couple people here that seriously need to take a step back.. I am CONSTANTLY shopping here only because of being so close to home but I've made a 30 min drive to other Dillons stores simply to avoid being treated poorly, ignored or treated like garbage for absolutely no reason. There is a few staff members that are now morning scheduled that are seriously so incredible & the manager Don is phenomenal if you have trouble I would definitely recommend asking for that manager or the store manager herself. Unfortunately there is a couple that are either managers or loss prevention that idk let the tiny bit of "power" go to their heads and makes them believe they can treat other people however they like with no repercussions. The lady that I don't know her name but she's on the shorter height side, curly dirty blonde hair, glasses she has placed a target on mine and my small chikds back along with a few other regular customers I've noticed with no explanation as to why- I hate having bad to say because like I said there is several employees that are seriously INCREDIBLE I'm so bad with names but I'll get them and post them because it does matter if you ever need anything at this location. Aside from that I would recommend visiting a different location if possible or somewhere else.

Everyone here is always SUPER nice! If I usually can't find something I know that I can always find an associate who is always willing to help me find the item or tell me what the price is when I o can't find one listed. I'm pretty socially awkward and have a difficult time navigating densely populated areas but I can usually get in and out fast enough to where my anxiety and panic challenges don't have a chance to become an issue for me. I like coming here.

Watched the store manager (Donna is her name) have security remove a lady from the store because she had a registered service animal. This store manager is incredibly rude to customers with MULTIPLE complaints. She needs to be removed from a management position. Kroger would be smart to terminate her immediately.
