This store is very clean as well as welcoming. It’s nice to find the friendly employees that Dillons everywhere used to consider a standard for customer service. I will make the drive to this location for my large shopping trips. They really made an impression. Thank you for that!

I can’t speak highly enough of the floral department at this Dillons! Kandy and the ladies have gone above and beyond for the last three flower orders I have requested to have delivered. I called in and needed a last minute floral arrangement as my daughter was accepted to WSU. Thank you ladies! I’m beyond thankful 🙏🏻

It is worth having the appetizer and the members card if you shop here to get excellent deals, and they do offer excellent deals compared to other local grocery stores. You can honestly find about anything you want at this Dillons. They are more than just a grocery store.

I love shopping at this Dillions its very clean and convenient but the ladies in floral Department are often rude i went in to have a flower arrangement done and i asked if i could get a ribbon/bow around my vase i was told ya we don’t have time to do that i have seen it done many times from them and another thing thats offensive is watching a elderly lady or man have to go out and push carts in while they literally have younger ppl who could do that i watched a elderly lady almost get hit by a car bcuz the guy driving didn’t want to wait for her to push-her carts in she was in her upper 70’s to me thats just awful this lady was really trying hard to push several carts in and it was 97 degrees out managers need to have the younger ppl do things like this they are younger and can better handle it its sad to watch so i guess i’ve lost respect for the managers for allowing this to continue….

I’ve shopped at this store for years and have been doing grocery pickups since they started. The last few times my debit card is charged for my groceries PLUS an “authorization” of either the same amount or HIGHER! I’ve already talked to Intrust and the issue is with Dillons. I called the store, was given the run around and blamed on my bank. Then, I was offered a number to call but they wouldn’t be able to help me for another 24 hours since they can’t see recent charges. How in the world is this ok!?! Do you know how hard it is to afford groceries for a family of 6 without my card being double charged? If the authorization hold fell off at the end of the business day or even the day after, I would understand. But it takes 5-7 days for it to be reversed. It’s the week before Christmas! Are you kidding me!?! My order was over $400. I ONLY continue to shop this store for the fuel points and the pharmacy. This is NOT okay. Kroger does not need to verify I have DOUBLE the amount of money for my groceries. Take what is yours and move on.
