Contstantly out of everything produce related. Can go 2-3 times a week and still be missing things. Seafood department advertises open until 8pm, they’re not. If you walk up at 7:30 they’re already soaping the area down. Issues with other products consistently throughout the store (open and damaged items) Nothing ever changes or gets better. Never any cashiers. Always have to use self checkout

Love Dillons/Kroger stores and have been a customer for decades. But I am boycotting them at this time and shopping anywhere else. Since their electronic system a few weeks ago, now requires me to choose the american language of english to continue. I feel this is insulting.

The bagger lady laughed at me while I walked away after I didn't even ask for her help. She went out her way 😄 🤣 to offer help that wasn't even needed nor asked for. So, Jess and I spoke the Manager on duty, he said "he'll take care of it.." well, hope so because it seemed she was spoiled by this company and doesnt appreciate the customers needs. Highly unprofessional and obnoxiously disrespectful

Great customer service and security fresh foods in deli meat counter and fresh fruits ands breads reasonable prices and good locations too

Hot Deli customer service is the worst its ever been, only 2 female workers present, wouldn't acknowledge me and ignored my question about a product to teach someone how to use a meat thermometer. Ended up just walking away after a few minutes. Training is important but customer service this poor is inexcusable. 6pm Feb 18th
