This has been our regular grocery store, but it has declined over the years. One of the entrances now closes after dusk, with strict entry and exit through the remaining one. This appears to be a security measure in response to theft, which has become a common issue at grocery stores in south Wichita. Understandable or not, it has made everyday shopping noticeably less convenient.

If a zero-star rating were an option, I would select it. This establishment consistently stocks expired merchandise. It is imperative to verify every product's expiration date, as failure to do so will necessitate a return visit for refunds or exchanges. I inquired about their inventory management practices, specifically regarding the monitoring of products on the sales floor. The customer service representative responded with, "I believe they do." However, based on my observations, the quantity of outdated items significantly surpasses that of usable products available for purchase. The other close locations are Central and rock, hillside and Douglas. There are too many dillon locations within proximity, plus this trash location. Tear this one down and put a Walmart. Kellogg and Greenwich, Pawnee and Broadway are the only options if you live within this area. Remove this dillons and put another store that actually cares about its products. I don't care what form of funds is being used to purchase items. No one wants to spend time and energy having to return or exchange something that should be usable. Dillons has dropped the ball. The people up top watching need to come down and tend to the store. And not pretend to move one or two things around. Such a joke. Clearly, if you look good on paper to be a GM, or any manager, it isn't good enough. Stop paying these individuals to do a job they don't care about. Expired food sitting on the shelf for over a year is unacceptable. Yes, you should check as a customer but let's be real you'll miss checking something. And lo and behold that one item has expired. This location should be replaced with another option that's not Kroger. I wish I'd snapped the other items that had expired to post. Do better.

There are always so many people here and only 1 actual checkout open. Then half the self checkout line are open and the lines are half way down the isles

The people at the pharmacy went above and beyond for me I had just came back from the dentist after having 7 teeth pulled and they filled my prescription quickly

This dillions needs improvement, such as the name of dillions, you should change it to KROGER. Aisles needs better space. Bring lot of kitchen accessories because other dillions has it. That all I can think of.
