They always have a good selection of fresh and beautiful flowers. The guy who works here as a florist is very talented. He always makes a really nice bouquets 💐

Some of the employees are so rude. I nicely asked the food bar area employee if something would be replenished later and she was like “you see there’s a line no one has time to go back there and refill it for you” with unnecessary attitude. I just wanted to know if it was worth coming back to Whole Foods later or if I should come back tomorrow. I just left because I don’t need to deal with her stress being unleashed on me for asking a simple question.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the checkout organization at this location. There are around 10 registers visible, but usually only one is open, sometimes two. The lines are constantly long, and the wait time is unacceptable. For such a busy location in downtown Chicago, this should be managed much better. I hope management will address this issue, because the store and product quality are otherwise very good.

Real slice of Life here at Chicago and State. There's a Amazon market on the ground floor. Escalator takes you up to the hot food/salad bar buffets and then you can walk into a nice little bar and seating area that gets crowded enough to where you realize it's a third space. You'll see people from all walks of Life. The bartenders know some of the patron's names and also, there's people whose names are rarely said. It's a Whole Foods, with a nice little bar, on a corner.
