Totto's Market looked hip and trendy. It looked like they typically had excellent food. Their location was convenient. Check out went fairly smoothly. It looked like they had a modern system for checkout. The store looked like they had a wide variety for the relatively smaller size compared with places like Whole Foods and Jewel-Osco. The store also appeared well-organized. Food was displayed in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

Wow! I've never made it past the ready-made food until today. This place has some amazing food options. Plus pet treats , toiletries, and greeting cards. I will definitely be back!

Such a great selection, a beautifully curated space, and the vibe of the staff—everything about this place is on point. I wish there were a shop like this, with such an organic-centered focus, in my neighborhood. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but when you think about it as investing in what you put into your body, it totally makes sense. It feels worth it.

Small local market that provides fresh produce, various snacks, and drinks. Everything here is high priced. You won't find any name/popular brands. The allure here seems to be organic (similar to what you would find at Whole Foods). Service here was on the poor end of our visit. We waited a few minutes without any assistance checkout. Staff member refused to wash our produce after purchase when I requested even though the sink was nearby. On the plus side, the produce we purchased (grape tomatoes) was hit and miss. The grape tomatoes were great but the cherries were bland.

Stopped in to grab a quick almond croissant and had a really unpleasant interaction with the staff. There was a “no dogs” sign on the door, but dog treats were set out front and the sign also noted that service animals are allowed. The employee immediately said “no dogs” without making eye contact or explaining anything, and didn’t give me a chance to clarify whether my dog was a service animal. The tone was dismissive and uncomfortable, and honestly felt unnecessary and the interaction took longer than it would have to ring up a croissant. Totally understand policies but the communication and customer service were rude and poorly handled, especially given the mixed messaging outside the shop.
