Absolute second to worse jewell osco I've been to. Every time I'm here I never ever get someone to help me within 10 minutes of getting fresh meat. Currently have waited 15 minutes and I am On my break, I need to get to work ASAP. If you are in a rush or simply value your time, do not shop here spend the extra money to go anywhere else.

Great deals weekly and on weekends there’s a free item like a can of bubbly energy drink. Get the app. That’s where you “clip” the coupons. Without the sales the prices are a bit high. But for free parking plus a cafe area w seating and a bar…and free WiFi plus charging stations. It’s so convenient and there’s a Chase bank and The Joint and other establishments in this shopping mall. I just wish Jewel Oscos prices were a bit lower. Bc everything else is great! Too bad the customer service at the floral shop is terrible bc I would never buy from there. The staff person at night 10/11/2025 around 9pm was totally unfriendly and told me to find the price of an item myself by picking up the item to find the sticker price even while I had bags and items in both hands plus my cell phone. So I had a bad taste in my mouth and vowed I would rather go to any other floral shop than the one at Jewel. Besides the bad experience of this, I like Jewels sales and digital coupons bc they are great deals.

I purchased a cake for my birthday and honestly I wasn't happy with what I got. I had ordered a half sheet, icing and cherry filling. I think I got more icing than cake. The cherry was really tart. We didn't really think anything of it at the time because we were enjoying the moment but afterwards my guest started pointing out how much frosting or icing this was. I was a bit upset because I spent $65 in this cake and we didn't even finish it. My mom sent me this video today because she wanted to give some to my brother and she removed the icing and noticed it was little bread. I will be going over soon in hope I can get a refund because I don't think $65 for icing was worth it. I've tried other cakes and they have been good. Idk what happened this time.

Worst grocery delivery experience by far. Drivers do not accept orders from this store. You'll wait 10+ mins and they will likely forget to put barcodes on the bag so you can't even complete the order then they gaslight you like you're the problem. Customers, Jewel does the shopping not drivers. We just pick the order up. Whoever they have bagging the items doesn't know how to bag and will put anything together. Or just put one small item in a bag by itself. The only thing consistent with this store is the incompetence of the in store shoppers.

Beautiful store they just added tvs and the place is so clean with a gorgeous bar me and my daughters have went back up there 3 times this week now to show my youngest daughter Chicago. This store has made such an epic change!!! From New management, Samples, and even more variety of items Best Jewel in the City to go to!
