So maybe I should 5 star it. The people that work there are helpful and friendly. Genuinely. I found everything I needed except picture hangers and one could definitely argue I should go to the hardware store for that. Lol. Soo, my only beef is that because it is so small I felt sort of claustrophobic at times. I have only been there twice and it was quite busy both times. The produce ,bread, meat and dairy had good selection. It is a small neighborhood store.

Publix used to stand up for and serve their communities. Guess not anymore. Store manager could use some retraining here. Very disappointed in his lack of effort to help the community. Every year I like to get 50-100 sandwiches and feed the homeless in this area the day before Christmas. I understand this hardly puts a dent and barely helps but it’s what I can personally afford without outside help. This year I was running behind on my planning and thought instead of trying to get them at a local sandwich shop, it would be easier to just buy them from Publix. Really shocked when the store manager personally denied my request to buy 75 sandwiches tomorrow by 12pm. Not sure what happened to the culture here but very disappointed to see it has vanished into thin air. In years past they would be pleased to be apart of something good and would call and collab with neighboring Publix stores to make this happen. Please bring back this culture. The community needs it! Luckily McCalisters Deli was pleased to receive my call and will have the sandwiches ready for me in time. They even offered a discount when they found out what it was for!

I love the workers here so much!! This Publix is just kinda small and outdated. I would really love if the cheese, wine, and fruit/vegetable sections got a major upgrade. If I could have my hands on the way it’s organized I would completely change how the first aisle is set up. It’s way too narrow with the tables they put in the middle and especially at the sandwich/deli meat area. The tables have got to go.

This is the only Publix that I've ever come to pick up a bakery order, and had to pay first, before I've even seen my items. The lady was very off putting from the beginning, as if I was bothering her. Is there a new policy that requires, the payment of all bakery items to be made & verified by receipt before your items are given to you)?? If so, All she needed to do was explain the policy change. Communication goes a long way. When I asked her for clarification on why, she literally just stared at me. NEVER AGAIN. Has anybody else ever had the receipt verified by Publix Baker??

This place is always busy but the service is excellent. At times, the pressure can be hectic and so you expect the workers to feel the pressure. However, I still feel they do really well with the heavy crowd and some impatience.
