I order via Instacart for my office and the shopper tends to use this location. It never fails; I always have an issue with flowers that are delivered. One time, okay - could be a bad day, but each time? Today I had to call Instacart twice about the flowers. The first delivery was shameful, it's not enough that the shopper doesn't take the time to care about what they pick, but when the selection is lousy - what can they do? I reordered ANOTHER bunch, explained to the shopper that we did NOT want crappy flowers and darn if it didn't happen again. I even sent a picture as an example of what NOT to get. Apparently, ALL the flowers look sad and pitiful. Publix - for a store that monopolizes the community and then have the nerve to be overpriced - you would think that you would at least invest in a decent flower vendor or at least workers who know when flowers are dead. No need to show what the second bunch looked like - they were worse.

I swung by this location to grab flowers quickly for a grandmother who was passing. Ben (floral department) helped me out and made her something beautiful and it meant a lot. I would/will continue to spend my money here just bc this location is smart enough to hire people like Ben...

Publix offered great BOGOs (buy one get one free) today on hummus, and several items to watch teh football games. LORETTA offered me some Publix brand sausage with blue cheese and a slight kick, so delicious that I made it part of my football game menu. I also found the salad bar open from 10am to 7pm and I love the ready-to-eat soup, especially the standard chili. The Cuban bread from La Segunda Bakery is a local speciality, not a typical national brand, and will go great at my football meal. Today I found Caroline's cart, an adapted grocery cart for special needs and car seats. Publix also offers power carts with large basket, a manual wheel chair cart with large basket, and a kids carrier/cart that looks like a race car. They sell newspapers too. I just found out that the parking aisles are numbered and I was able to find my car easily. Accessible venue with automatic doors. Accessible family, men's, and women's restrooms with 5ft x 5ft space and 2 grab bars. Diaper changer in family restroom. Excellent large department signs and readable aisle markers.

Not a huge fan of this Publix because of the parking lot. While the parking spaces are big, it leaves limited parking. I decided to eat a quick bite in their indoor sit down area, which was not very nice. It could be kept up a bit more and maybe more inviting. There were 4 other people already sitting in that area with their bags of clothes. Unfortunately, all homeless. Very sad, but seems to be a hangout. I also feel the layout isn't great. Too many people going in opposite directions. Always trying to dodge other people. On the upside, I will say the service at the deli counter is better than other locations and they offer self checkout and always have several lanes open for quick checkout service.

Publix has always been my go to for shopping. I appreciate the cleanliness of the store and availability of stuff. Just ask and usually they can see if they can order something you need in a pinch. Only thing I dislike is the way the deli is long lines for subs but still wanting sliced cheese. Overall nice ppl
