It has always great specials, famously for buy one get one free. Aisles are wrll organized and clean thru the store. Great selection of great quality products. I always visit the drli to buy a sub, they ate delicious arr prepared the way you want. I like the roast beef and the chicken fingers, you must try. Associates are helpful and friendly. Checkout sometimes it's crowded and can take a while, specially if you have more than ten items.

Great bogos. Super clean. The entire team is there to assist you at a moment’s notice. Pharmacy was stealth mode fast, deli greeted us with a smile, catering took our order and prepared within 15 minutes of placing the order, and most all- Ms. Chandra personally assisted me and two very silly boys (6&7) through the self-checkout as we “took turns” to buy and bag groceries for the week. It’s a full-service, family vibe for sure.

I recently moved from Lutz where I shopped at Publix, Lutz-Apex to Ybor City - I have shopped at Publix my entire life with my parents and then for my own family. In moving, I had to find the Publix that had the best experience as I take my 92 year old mother along to do her shopping. I tried Channel Side, Hillsborough Ave, Nebraska, etc. This weekend we tried West River and I have to say it had the best customer service experience I’ve seen at any Publix. Every staff member I encountered went out of there way to accommodate. In seafood, stocking, and check out. In seafood a really nice guy went out of his way to make me a surimi snack pack. Van, checked us out and was patient and helpful with my mother - Amber bagged our groceries and was just great too. Parking was convenient, store was clean, and it’s just what you expect from Publix. People that care and take time to make “shopping a pleasure”.

I just had the best Publix Deli experience ever! I normally don't write reviews for anybody, but this time I was compelled to do so because of how amazing this particular employee was. It started the second I approached the counter and was greeted by Keke's bright smile and amazing energy. Right there I knew, I was in for a treat. I mean just the way she greeted me instantly made my day, her enthusiasm while preparing my meatball sub was palpable, something I've never experience before, certainly not at any Publix's Deli I been to before. Anyway, I just wanted to thank her for making my day brighter and making one of the best subs I've ever had.

I want to acknowledge an employee by the name of Tana! We are not allowed to wear our wedding rings or bands, before my shift I put it in my pocket somehow I lost it. Once getting home, I realized I didn’t have it. I called Publix spoke with Connor. He immediately went to the deli, told some of the employee’s && she took it upon herself to get on her hands and knees to help find my wedding ring and return it. I didn’t sleep at all last night, so upset and mad at myself. I want to say thank you so much. You really changed the way I look at life. I really appreciate you! (I wanted to do something for her and she replied just pay it forward. ❤️ the person you are! ⬇️
