Cam TheManB 2 months agoI visited this Publix earlier today and was genuinely blown away by the level of care and detail put into this location. From the moment I walked through the sliding doors, the atmosphere felt incredibly professional and welcoming. The cleanliness of this store is on another level. The floors have a mirror-like shine, and even the high-traffic areas near the entrance and carts were spotless. It’s clear that the management and staff prioritize hygiene and presentation, which makes for a much more comfortable shopping experience. The organization is equally impressive: Produce Section: Everything was perfectly stacked, vibrant, and looked incredibly fresh. There wasn't a single wilted leaf or bruised fruit in sight. Aisle Logic: The shelves were meticulously faced. It was so easy to find exactly what I needed without having to hunt through cluttered shelves or misplaced items. Deli & Bakery: These areas were humming with efficiency but remained tidy, which is rare for a busy afternoon. Beyond the aesthetics, the customer service was top-tier. Every associate I encountered greeted me with a smile and seemed ready to help. The checkout process was seamless, and the bagging was handled with care—no heavy items crushing the bread here. Publix is known for quality, but this specific location sets a new standard for what a grocery store should look like. If you appreciate a shopping environment that is both efficient and pristine, this is definitely the spot to go. Highly recommended!
María Dolores Micelli Tomasella 2 months agoBig store with different sections such as fruits and vegetables, meats, bakery, and so on. Very well signed. There are various options of brands and products, also of prices. If you download the app, you can get rewards and discounts (coupons). The staff are very polite. The cashiers are fast. They accept different forms of payment.
J Andrade 7 months agoPublix always have great specials thru the store. Those are unbeatable, buy one get one free. Store is clean, all aisles uncluttered and great customer service. This store is always busy, specially the Deli depa, where I always order a sub from there, it's de, with options for all tastes, will take a while to place an order in the afternoon, but the wait is worth. Has a pharmacy on the premises. Checkout maybee is not fast, but this store has a lot of traffic, but it's worth to go there.
Cody a month agoI am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled by management at the Publix connected to Channel Club Apartments. Due to ongoing construction on the 7th floor of the Channel Club parking garage, residents were informed by apartment management that covered parking on level 2 was permitted. This is explicitly stating any covered parking and confirmed this directly with my community manager and also have the agreement documented in email form. It was confirmed TWICE. I parked in what I reasonably believed was an approved area based on the instructions residents were given. The next day, I returned to my vehicle to find a massive orange sticker placed directly on the driver’s side window of my car. Not a small notice under the windshield wiper. A large adhesive sticker obstructing visibility from the driver’s seat. It was probably 8x10 inches I went into Publix to calmly explain the misunderstanding to Matt, the manager working that day. Instead of trying to understand the situation, he repeatedly argued that the agreement “didn’t make sense” because the spot was too close to Publix. Apparently, the covered parking I chose wasn’t the right covered parking in his mind…but whether he personally agreed with the arrangement or not is irrelevant. The agreement existed, and he clearly knew about it because he referenced which parking areas were supposedly intended. I was told I could park in a certain spot, I did, and then was immediately treated with repercussions as thought I’d committed a crime or had ill intent. That’s how his attitude was towards me as well. Claiming the sticker “should come right off”, we will see that it didn’t. What is especially frustrating is that my car has a clearly visible Channel Club resident parking pass on it. Which, nobody apparently wanted to check for. At no point did anyone stop to consider that this may have been an honest misunderstanding involving a resident of the attached apartment complex rather than someone parking there maliciously. Even worse, the sticker did NOT “come right off” like I was told it would. This is Florida heat and humidity. The adhesive has remained stuck to my window and is still impairing visibility while driving. I’d like to add that obstructing my view and damaging my windshield may be a legal matter. Removing it has required peeling it off piece by piece, and I will likely still need Goo Gone and a razor blade to fully remove the residue. If that even happens. When I stated that it’s fine if it’s a misunderstanding and simply asked for help removing it, I was simply told to go get a scraper or razor blade myself. As I walked away, Matt also made the comment that “it’s better than if I towed it, which is what I should have done.” I entered calmly, tried to shake his hand when introducing, and was met with this. That level of hostility toward residents and paying customers is unacceptable. Many of us at Channel Club specifically shop at this Publix constantly because it is attached to our building. I personally spend hundreds of dollars a month there and am in the store regularly. I’ve spent $400-$600 a month at this Publix for almost 4 years. The fact that residents were treated this way during a temporary parking situation that was supposedly coordinated between Publix and apartment management is honestly unbelievable. Matt was so dismissive, it’s the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever witnessed. As someone with years of corporate experience at multi-national companies. Appalling. This issue has already been escalated to Publix corporate via Channel Club management after bringing them this info today, because the agreement regarding temporary parking accommodations was real and documented. There were countless better ways this could have been handled. A simple warning under the windshield wiper would have accomplished the same thing without creating a visibility hazard, damaging my window with adhesive residue, or treating residents like criminals over what was clearly a misunderstanding. I would love for this to be made right.
World Traveler a month agoLove this location! They offer a good variety of products and the store is always clean. While it is a heavily utilized location within the community, it never feels overly crowded and the wait to check out is always minimal. Pricing can be on the higher end, as is typical for Publix, but the BOGO deals are great and can help to offset that, depending on what you're shopping for. My only true complaint is that because this is a popular location, occasionally some items are out of stock. Parking is in a garage, but there are always plenty of places available.
