This store is one of the cleanest and their deli is amazing. However Making a delivery here is will take about 2 to 3 hours no matter of how many pallets you are trying to deliver. This location has the worst receiver, worst attitude, never has space and is always complaining and cussing at the drivers. Today I tried to ask the store manager for some support and instead he came at me very defensive and did not care if we had to wait because of the inability of his receiver.

HORRIBLE!!! They deserve 0. The employees are rude to the customers. I went for the first time and an employee skipped the line in front of an older lady in a wheel chair when I told him about it he said “she knows” I told him no and that he was rude and that if he comes into this country he needs to be respectful to orders if it wasn’t taught in his. The cashier knew the employee skipped the older lady and didn’t say anything, I told her that she shouldn’t allowed that specially being an older lady and a customer. The employee ended up leaving the line. No apologies from anyone. HORRIBLE and they are more expensive than Publix

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. They had a promo where they never stated that you need to buy a certain amount in order to receive the promo. When I showed the shift manager, he decided he didn't have to honor nor try to remedy my inconvenience because they decided to put a notice in the store. I tried to explain to him that I literally came just for that one item and don't live near and no where online which is where I saw the weekly ad did it say anything about a minimum price. He didn't care and walked away as I was talking to him. I then called corporate and all they did was document the situation and stated someone MIGHT call me back. This incident happened in January. I never got a call back nor did they even offer to give me a coupon or something for the inconvenience. I wouldn't have taken it anyways, but it is so sad that SE Grocers has zero care for customer service and quality. I used to shop at Fresco in Miami all the time and never encountered anything like this. It is so sad but I will never be coming back here. The customer service is horrible in both locations in Tampa, the butchers are never available after 5pm, and all the staff always seems bothered when you're asking them a question. The store is always dirty and smells horrible. I rather pay a few more dollars than ever have to deal with the staff from this place.

This particular Latin supermarket is well stocked and clean. Its produce section was fresh and well organized. Its meat department was also clean, and everything was labeled properly. The bakery had a wide variety of desserts and baked goods, many familiar to me and some new. If you are feeling homesick and are looking for imported products and ingredients that you need to cook up those nostalgic dishes of yesteryear, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!

Love the specials! Clean store. Wish more people could understand me and I could get help. Also please throw away the rotten vegetables, there was over 100 fruit flies. Other than that love it!
