I never come here. Ran in for a box of wet cat food. (It was late I didn’t realize in store) the bottom of the box had a rotten spot. Inside was covered in maggots. I brought maggots into my home because no one at this store, nor myself, noticed this. Partly my fault, yes. But no one working there noticed maggots were on products in the store?! Mind you most were dead so this has been sitting for longer than I want to imagine. Threw out all the cans because they smell and well, maggots. 🤢

I am drawing the line at shopping at Safeway anymore!!! The shrinkflation and ridiculous overpricing at this location is sheer insanity which I will not keep repeating because I have learned a big lesson!!! This particular Safeway has the highest rip-off pricing I've ever seen in my life. Come on, Safeway. $2.49 for a single head of iceberg? You are out of your skulls!!! The layout of the store is horrible by the way... Butter and cream cheese is not located anywhere near the Dairy section!!! Their stupid Laundry section forces people to check out within that stupid section before we are even done shopping!!! I absolutely hate that. And the shrinkflation - shoppers are getting *half* (or less than half) of what they're used to getting, and for twice the price!!! Do yourselves a favor and get a Sam's Club membership just across the parking lot. Shrinkflation exists there too, but at least you're able to afford a few things at closer to normal prices. I bought a salad kit today that *barely* filled the bottom of the bag, with just a tiny pack of dressing. If this shrinkflation situation keeps going in this same direction, it will not be long before shoppers are buying bags and boxes of dead air!!! Safeway personifies *corporate greed* at its utmost finest -- SHAME ON SAFEWAY!!!

I was going to go in here for a candy bar and to use the restroom as I am a public transportation driver it's hard to find a clean public restroom that businesses actually let you come and use. I walked in got greeted by security which was very nice. I asked where the restrooms were located he said you have to ask the lady with the vest for the key. I politely walked up to her and asked can I get the key to the restroom? (Did Not give key) she was just standing there monitoring self-checkout at the time. At that point She told me start walking straight back to where the restrooms are I'll be right there! in a rude tone. Long story short she was rude. Did not get her name. Unfortunately she had no name tag on. Didn't end up purchasing anything from this store after all because of her rudeness! She was wearing glasses curly curly hair half up half down blonde/grey hair. All I have to say is she shouldn't work in customer service if she doesn't like serving people. Time 10:30 May 1,2026 She worked at self-checkout also # 3 Cash register. She should go to customer courtesy class again And learn some manners. Will never come here again!

I started to shop here after getting tired of king Soopers by my house. They never have anything. I love the meat selection. Their meat just always looks good. Picked up us some steaks they had on sale. Store was picked up and nice.

I recently visited this Safeway and had an issue that left me very disappointed. I needed a reprint of a receipt for a company credit card statement, which is a reasonable request for business purposes. Unfortunately, the store manager refused to provide the reprinted receipt, even after I explained the situation. This lack of flexibility and customer support caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on the store’s commitment to helping customers resolve simple problems. I expected better service and understanding, especially for something as straightforward as reprinting a receipt.
