I am very disappointed they ended early pick ups here. Due to caring for a end of life loved one it was important that I could get out Saturday morning to pick up the weeks groceries before tending to her daily needs. Schedules are important. My loved one has passed so the 7 a.m. is not as important but King Soopers still offers it (free) so I am going to go the extra mile for the time slot. I have also experienced poor quality products over the last two weeks at this Safeway using the pick up. In person I always have good luck with the lettuce, fruit, and vegetables but when they pick for me I seem to get product that turns fuzzy within 48 hours. It wasn't always that way. I have been watching for about a month now and they start picking my order around the 4-4:30 a.m. time and notified me it was ready at 6. Today they started that early but did not notify me until 7:38; since they no longer do the 7 a.m. time. I am quite sure they follow cold chain but I just think that is a little long for my order to be sitting waiting for me. Still a good store for a quick in person pick up a last minute item situation; but it's just not for me anymore.

i went in one day to get some stuff i needed and i overheard an employee beg, I'm assuming, the manger for help and all she told them was "no, its your job to do", but from what it looked like that was the only employee working that spot. on another day i went there i saw a door open by a vending machine and there were 2 women on their phone, talking, and laughing while multiple employees where asking for help because they are understaffed. if the upper magnet isn't afraid to act like this Infront of the paying costumers i cant imagen what they do when no one is there. i don't feel comfortable giving my money to an establishment that ignores the beg for help from the employees and their need. until something is changed in a way i will not be coming back to this establishment which is sad because this is the closes Safeway to me.

So I started having my medications sent to this Safeway pharmacy . Bc I was at my wits end and completely fed up with Walgreens's horrible customer relations. Safeways pharmacy was so simple quick and stress free I almost fell over. I was impressed by how nice and very easy to get my medicine now, thank you to Safeway. I appreciate how you made it very nice and relaxing so thank you so much.

On 19 April 2026 around 8pm my car was hit by a stray shopping cart. When i got out of my vehicle to inspect for potential damage. I was called a derogatory word (the b word) by an employee. Confused, I asked her who she was speaking to and she let me know that she called me that because she says I pushed the shopping cart. Admittedly I did scream back at her, shocked by what she had said. However, after the situation calmed down I did go inside and I was able to speak with a manager. The manager handled the situation very well I believe her name was Jacqueline. She walked me to my car and was very apologetic. I understand if the employee maybe was having a tough night but in no way did I deserve to be called out of my name. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Just want others to be aware.

This is my Safeway... food selection is great and the sushi is excellent! The ladies that have been there a while can be a bit on the grouchy side.. but I just ignore those women.. The long haired young gentleman that does the pickups is amazing! Overall my fave Safeway!
