I was in town for a quick ski trip. Bought basics for the condo. There is a wide selection of organic options. Eggs and Dairy organic options as well. The meat seemed super expensive compared to where I live, as did the milk. I am wondering if the higher prices have to do with the Democrat governor and the State’s constant tax increases. Also, it seems weird to me that the store feels compelled to state in its Google Map page that it is LBGQT friendly. Like - what does that have to do with grocery shopping? It shouldn’t have to he called out. I would expect a business to be friendly for all its customers. If I am straight, will the store not be friendly toward me? Why pick and choose? Be open and do business with whoever chooses to walk into your store.

I love this King Soopers! It's better than all of the others (to me) because they have the clothing section... (I also like the one right outside of gate 20, it's the only one that compares to this one). They always have fresh fruit (for the most part) and they usually have a nice sale going on! The customer service is pretty good and I've never had to wait in line like I've had to do at other locations (even when it wasn't a holiday). It's also super convenient for me because I stay a few minutes away from here!

This is probably the best King Soopers in Colorado Springs. They are bigger than most of the others so they carry a lot of items that other King Soopers don't. Like kid toys, clothes, household items and more. They also normally have plenty of self checkout lanes and regular checkout lanes so you're not waiting too long. The grocery selection is amazing as well. Been going here for two years and still a great place.

Huge King Soopers! I've never been to one where they sold clothes. It's like a mini store within a store. It's probably the cleanest store I've been to. The customer service people were friendly as well. I appreciated the cleanliness and the missing musty smell above all

STORES ARE MEANT TO CLOSE AT 11:00 PM. IF HOURS ON GOOGLE, ON THE STOREFRONT, ETC SAY 11:00 PM THAT IS WHEN YOU CLOSE. I am coming across angry because I honestly am. I am so sick of grocery store CHAINS closing 5 or 6 minutes early. If those are your hours and your store is closing at 10:55 pm, then that is what should be listed. It is ridiculous to me that managers decide they want to go home early so they shut the doors. The thing is, I wouldn’t be as upset if this was a local, family run small business but this is an international CHAIN of grocery stores. It is absolutely fair to insist people be up at the registers with their items and checking out by 11:00 pm, I have zero issue with that. What I do have an issue with is closing and locking the doors 5 minutes early. This is happening at more and more massive conglomerate stores and I do not think it should be up to the manager of that shift when the doors close. King Soopers across the board (in Colorado Springs at least) ALL have 11:00 pm listed as their closing time. This is the second time this has happened at this particular location, last time it was 10:51 pm and I got turned away. If you want to change your hours, change them but until then, employees should not be deciding when the store closes.
