One of the best king soopers! Love the new layout. They take pride in the produce and stocking department and it’s very eye appealing! I absolutely love shopping here. Most of the customer service is amazing, there is a few bad apples but that’s to be given in corporate. I order my birthday cakes here at least 3 times a year. Have had a few issues but they usually resolve them fast. The store is always clean and well stocked. Prices are very comparable to others. This store is close by home and it makes it easy to get what we need fast!

If you want to feel uncomfortable and have to check your own stuff out everytime you go to the store then come here . I walked in 45 minutes before they were about to close and they already had lights off all over the store like I work retail I get it but we can't do that where I work . I've even worked at dollar general not one of the best places for customer service and they didnt even do that . I could understand like 10 or 15 minutes before close but 45 minutes is crazy and all the employees are looking at you silent and pissed off . There were at least 6 ppl standing there just watching people check themselves out . I think ill start driving a little bit further down the road to safeway . I understand everyone wants to go home I work retail too but do better king sooper .

Prices are entirely too high. I can go to Costco for choice steak at $10/lb while KS sells the same thing for $25/lb, and that's the story for the whole store. Costco only marks up their products 11% and the customer service is spot on. KS doesn't even train their baggers. Bye

Thank you to the bakery for taking care of and attention for my cake. I noted that it was to help humans celebrate a dog’s 15th birthday and they added little paw prints for me ❤️🐾❤️

I came in tonight to buy some sliced meat and cheese from the deli, you'd think it would be super easy and take me a couple minutes right? THINK AGAIN. I get back to the front after getting my items (the deli was super nice to me and helped me with all I need) and then I realize that the deli item isn't the sale price that they have listed. No big deal, I kindly let the front desk know. They ask me to walk all the way across the store and take a picture of the price, I don't work here but I oblige. I come back with the picture, and kindly let show him, but let him know I don't work here, and shouldn't have to walk across the store multiple times to price check for you, that's your job, not mine. That is when all the other workers in the front of the store there start being extremely rude to me, harassing me and jumping down my throat, telling me how short staffed they are (they're always short staffed, again not my problem) and just keep telling me this is my fault. And they just keep yelling at me and harassing and mocking me while I'm checking out all the way up to me leaving the store. Definitely never shopping here again, and probably never kroger again in my life. Shop at Safeway or sprouts or Natural grocers where they don't use AI facial recognition to track your every movement like kroger does either, this place is horrid.
