Really SUPER nice people work here! Before you even get into the main store, they have a whole bunch of good stuff on sale and a lot of it is a dollar, like tuna, pasta and flavored drinks. I really go there though for their extended Murray cheese shop and the good folks that work in that section. You have to try the Sheep gouda, Goat gouda,& Rattlesnake cheddar just to name a few. There are like 1000 great cheeses! I go out of my way to go to this particular King Soopers just because of everything I'm talking about in this critique. I've got two other King Soopers that are closer to me, but this one is the best. I've gotten the stuffed Bao buns and dumplings from the Asian section, and those people there are really nice & informative as well:) Oh, and I can't forget the Delicatessen... don't even get me started! If you can't find something in their section they'll personally take you over to where they know it is. *hint hint: try the Mesquite smoked turkey & London broil. :) also, in the chips section, they carry the Wilde protein chips-(top shelf) and sometimes they're on sale. I highly suggest the Chicken and waffles and the Buffalo flavors. :) :) :)

The employees here are the absolute worst, and if you plan on shopping after the Sun goes down, prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes since all the lines are closed other than one bay of self checkout lines. Plus, management at the store must love the movie This is Spinal Tap because all of their self check out stations have the volume turned up to 11! I can’t believe I’m saying this, but you will save both time and money if you go across the street to Walmart (as long as you survive the experience).

This is a great location to go to and waste a bunch of time. I cant count how many times Ive come here and not been able to get anything done. Employees AND managers have no idea whats going on. It took three people to figure out that they dont have any water jugs. When I asked the manager why they dont keep up on it like other stores, I got an apathetic shrug. Employees know that the DMV kiosk is down, but they cant be bothered to put a sign on it so that we waste even MORE time. On top of that, cashiers dont know basic produce or prices. I shouldnt have to explain to a grocery store employee what parsley is. And they shouldn't need to do a "price check" to find the correct price on a produce staple. Produce items ring up more expensive in self checkout too, so be on the lookout for that,dont get scammed! Kroger corporate should be ashamed of this store. I have put up with a lot from this location over the years but I am finally done.

I don’t write reviews often. Just did an online order and Vance, who is a manager, brought out our order. Absolutely amazing customer service he checked all the produce before loading it into the vehicle. Took the time to learn our names and asked if they was anything they could do better in the future. Thank you, King Supers for going above and beyond to take care of your customers. Smile emoji
