Whoever decided to remove parking from directly in front of the MAIN ENTRANCE definitely needs an evaluation on job competence. Twelve (12) spots are lost for families who walk to find meals and build diet plans in the aisles, meanwhile the most I've ever seen those spots used for is two cars, regularly there are NO cars in them. I have photos from multiple trips. Make that make sense. T'would be a sham to lose customers over simple idiocracy. Product is top notch though.

I cannot believe how bad this store is. I was trying to check out and needed to enter my membership. I scanned it because if you use a phone number, the digital coupons do not apply. This was specifically instructed to me by the store manager after previous issues. Deb had a problem with this. According to her, that conversation with the manager never happened — meaning she was effectively calling me a liar. She then stated she has worked there for 30 years and insisted that I was wrong and that this has “never happened.” I do not appreciate being called a liar, especially by an employee who should be focused on helping customers instead of talking down to them.

Not one associate greeted a single customer my entire visit. Not me or ANY customer within my eye/ear-shot. They definitely don't use the 6-foot rule at this location. The cashier and bagger were not pleasant until I told them I was an associate/manager at a Kroger in Ohio. Then they couldn't STOP being pleasant.

I don’t know whose idea it was to turn the best and closest parking spaces into pick-up only spaces, but that’s a major fail. As a mom with two little kids, I now have to walk that much farther to go into the store when we come to shop. It doesn’t make any sense to make things more inconvenient for your in-store customers when your ClickList customers are literally sitting in their car the whole time. Fail.

It’s been a few months since our wedding, but now that we’ve finally received our photos, I felt compelled to leave this review. Jade at the King Soopers floral department did an absolutely incredible job with our floral arrangements. Looking back at the photos, the flowers truly elevated the entire day everything looked stunning, cohesive, and so thoughtfully designed. Her expertise, attention to detail, and eye for beauty made our wedding feel extra special, and the arrangements photographed beautifully from every angle. Thank you, Jade, for helping make our day so beautiful and memorable. We are so grateful for the care and talent you put into your work.
