I was served by L. Elizabeth on the evening of June 20, and unfortunately it was the least friendly experience I’ve had at Trader Joe’s. There was no greeting, no apparent effort to be welcoming, and my groceries were left at the register without being bagged or offered assistance. The service felt dismissive and passively rude, which was disappointing. I’m hoping this was an isolated incident, but it did not reflect the level of customer care I’ve come to expect from Trader Joe’s.

As of 2026, still on of the newer Trader Joe's in San Francisco. Don't know why all TJ's parking is chaotic but this one doesn't stray from that, though it's nice having the underground parking lot. Store is clean and has wide aisles, and the single line for checkout is fairly efficient. Don't go on Sundays, they are packed!

I had a pleasant shopping experience at Trader Joe’s today. I went around 10 AM, and there was plenty of parking available in the basement lot, which made the trip very convenient. The store was well-organized, and the aisles weren’t too crowded at that time, so it was easy to browse and shop comfortably.

They have really interesting products. I always come and buy treats to bring back home to the family when I'm in town. It's very busy but they have a lot of staff at the cashes so it goes pretty quickly.
