Everything is very competitively priced, and some items are exceptionally cheap compared to other stores. Minimal produce section. Long line but it moves relatively quick. Limited but existing vegan options.

I often come to this Grocery Outlet because it’s always a pleasant place to shop: great selection and truly affordable prices — that’s a big plus. The staff works very professionally. You can tell the manager is responsible and professional, and it shows in how the employees work: at the checkout they are always patient, understanding, and accurate. Another big plus is that there are almost always plenty of parking spots, which is a big deal in San Francisco. Prices are consistently good. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to shop tasty, convenient, fast, and affordable.

The staff followed me around and made me take my 3lb new yorkie puppy out of the kids seat even tho he was wrapped in my blanket. So I bought a little laundry basket and tied it on to the front of the basket. They had someone watch me in every isle I was in. Not sure why because I spent over $200 cash on groceries. This was only the 2nd time I had been there. I rode my scooter from across town to be able to shop on a budget. The thing I found most odd was as I was checking out in the managera line because that is where I was directed, the security guard asked mgr cashier something I didn't hear and she closed her eyes and shook her head 🙂‍↔️ no to him. At that time he left the front of the store where he had moved to when I got to the cashier. I can only assume she finally gave him the word that I hadn't stole anything. Never have and never would. I got to the outlet store to SAVE MONEY ON GROCERIES. I mean if someone was going to steal wouldnt they just go to the closest place to them. And I'm pretty certain they wouldn't be price comparing items (that they could) while they shopped. My mom said maybe it's cuz I'm nearly 6" tall with bright red hair so I stand out, is the reason they thought they had to watch me. It was insulting cuz I was there so long. At some point they should be able to decipher if I was a theif or not. Mind you there was a person who was filling up a backpack in the back of the isle. I never saw that person being messed with. I get it but if someone is there past 15 mins it is most likely cuz they are actually SHOPPIING! Also it is a pet peeve of mine when items are not clearly priced. This store was the worst. It makes having a budget difficult to say the least and makes a lot of go backs for the staff. Less time following paying customers and more time pricing items would solve that.

This Grocery Outlet was super organized, everything in its place. There was a huge selection of items that we don't get here in Stockton and the staff, the staff were so friendly. I love the lady that checked us out. She was helpful and knowledgeable and nice.

You definitely need to hire more cashiers. The line was huge, and it’s always the same!
