So I actually like this grocery store as I live in the neighborhood. This negative review is for the floral company you guys purchased your Valentine’s Day flowers from. Got a dozen pink roses first. Opened them up and they were completely MOLDY and dead inside. So I walked over and asked for an exchange. Manager was super helpful and let me exchange them right on the spot no issues. They only had white roses left in the store at that point so I picked a new dozen out that seemed better quality. Came home to put them in my vase and the flowers literally just fell apart as I picked them up. I should walk back over for a SECOND TIME to get a refund. Again, store is actually great. Employees are great. Just get your money back from your Valentine’s Day floral distributor. I feel really sad for all the people who got flowers today and they are horrible quality.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Unless you're going in the store for 30 mins or less. My car was towed from the Von's lot last night. I had parked and ran to do an errand nearby first (so my food wouldn't spoil and melt). I ran into a friend and took longer than expected but came back to do my shopping and found my car was gone. It was less than 2 hours but beyond that when I reviewed my tow form they called after barely an hour which is absurd. Additionally, the authorization form for the tow looked pre-populated with a signature. The towing company Von's is partnered with is notorious for illegal charges and practices. Von's needs to seriously reconsider this partnership. I honestly wouldn't be shocked based on the documentation if the store manager gets kick backs because there were like 4 tow trucks going in and out of the lot and the signature is for sure pre-filled. So disappointed in Vons I will be follow up.

Parked here and went to grab something down the street before going into the store for groceries. I ran into a friend and took longer than expected (still under 2 hours) and came back and my car was towed. Absolutely ridiculous. They had multiple tow trucks coming in and out of the lot pulling cars out left and right. I can’t imagine how many people were mid shop to find their car towed. The owner must be getting a kickback or something because now I’m out $370 for a simple trip to the store. The towing company (Western Towing) also has a notorious reputation for scamming people. They charge over the legal maximums and don’t provide any proper documentation there are multiple class actions being filed against them. Vons should not be associating themselves with a scam of a business like this. i get they can’t let people park in the lot all day/night but be reasonable! Awful experience - this used to be my go to but I’ll never trust my car there again.

This Vons is pretty clean. They have a public bathroom. I have been coming to this location for a long time when they used to have recycling center in the parking lot. The 5 dollar shrimp and crab meat bowls with cocktail sauce are bigger than SDSU vons on collage ave. Ebt accepted.

Deleted my comment before regarding a prior incident because the customer service (which is always great & everyone’s so friendly this location) handling the situation was great. Now, this is just getting ridiculous. This location’s food is always (not exaggerating) expired/spoiled. From the meat department in the back to the sushi up front. Sucks since the location is so convenient but quality absolutely doesn’t compare to prices.
