Drove right past it, kind of Tucked away and not well marked, small parking lot, but still had plenty of parking. Large store inside. Very clean, tons of options, Starbucks inside, got Whole Foods vibes from this location. Lots of fresh food available. Same reasonable prices as expected. Clean store. Only two lanes open, self check out was available, the clerk at the register was pretty slow but very friendly. Great location and would highly recommend and return.

The store itself was nice and well stocked. I went through self check and the man helping was rude and busy chatting with his coworker :( he had to check out my groceries because I had a bottle of wine. He did not ask for a reward number and treated me poorly because I didn't know not to go through self check :(

We visited this Ralph's on Rosecrans, in San Diego. I think the standout feature for today was the excellent, fresh fruit, especially the berries. The strawberries were juicy and sweet. The story is well laid out and happily jammed with pretty much all one could want for a medium sized store. A nice extra is, because the store is part of the Kroger chain, my Fry's card could be ides for points toward participating gas stations. Parking is abundant and close to the entrance.

Sorry to leave a negative review - I really love the Fred Meyer (Kroger) store in my neighborhood in Oregon but I was really upset after shopping at this location. I got there pretty late and the scene was sketchy. This was also reflected in how I was treated in the store. The woman in self-checkout kept having to come over and count my items and was completely humorless and unfriendly - I left feeling like I had been accused of stealing. I don't need people to be "nice" per se, but customer service should come with some politeness. When I got home, I prepared one of my purchases which had been discounted. Now I know why: it was completely bad and I was sick for 2 days. I am visiting so that cost me about 180 in hotel fees where I was not getting my work done. I went back to return the discounted items and was met with every obstacle possible: Without the physical receipt, they couldn't.... (they can because I use my phone number and it lists all my purchases). They don't take returns on sale items... (Yes, Kroger stores do - see policy below). I believe this store, and their checkers/management, are not complying with Kroger policies: “Our Fresh & Quality Guarantees: If you don’t love an item, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.” This store is a black eye on Kroger's reputation. Luckily, I still love my store or I would be boycotting indefinitely. I’ve contacted Kroger directly and they’ve initiated a case regarding this store and their policies.

Today Saturday 06/06, I visited Ralph's on Rosecrans Street in the Point Loma area, where I purchased one item using EBT at the self-checkout. The cashier, a short man with a red face, had previously asked an American customer if they wanted bags. When I requested one, he said, "If you paid for it, you can have it," implying I hadn't paid, so he denied my request. I believe he was prejudice because I'm a latino person, he was loud and sarcastically
