I want to recognize Thomas B. at the Ralphs location on 3345 Sports Arena Blvd for providing one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a grocery store. This was my first time shopping at Ralphs, as I usually shop at Whole Foods. I asked Thomas how I could get a Ralphs card, and he patiently explained the process and made sure I received the savings as if I already had one. He was incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and genuinely focused on making my experience a positive one. What stood out most was that Thomas understands something very important: customers don’t just want to save money—they want to feel valued, welcomed, and cared for. His level of customer service was exceptional and made a lasting impression on me. I shop for groceries frequently and often purchase organic and premium products. Because of the outstanding customer care Thomas provided, I will be returning to Ralphs. He is a fantastic representative of the company and exactly the kind of employee who builds customer loyalty. Thank you, Thomas B., for turning a simple grocery trip into such a positive experience! 👏🌟

12/31/2025 @11pm There was lots of parking and it was opened late. It's set up in an odd way so it was hard to find a few things. The gentleman who helped me knew which aisle it was in. Near aisle 15, they may need to fix the sound system that cause there is a terrible constant buzz sound. I'd recommend the employees greet shoppers, welcome them in, and thank them for coming in.

Desiree assisted us at Register 8, and unfortunately, she seemed upset from the moment we first interacted with her. We were trying to purchase some Doritos and got a little confused, but instead of helping, she made comments such as, “I’m not going to argue with these two,” and laughed in our faces. My husband simply tried to calm the situation, and we even apologized, but her attitude remained extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We’ve just moved to the area and will likely be shopping here every Sunday, so we truly hope future interactions are handled with more courtesy and professionalism.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Ralphs location. I had already paid for my items and urgently needed to use the restroom, as I was about to have an accident. I explained the situation, but staff refused to let me bring my belongings with me and treated me like I was doing something wrong. I also explained that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my belongings unattended because I was worried they could be taken, but there was no understanding or accommodation. Because of this, my grocery bag ended up ripping and my items fell out, which was extremely embarrassing—especially in front of other customers. I felt singled out and not treated with basic understanding or compassion. No one should be made to feel like a criminal for needing basic human help. I had never felt this way before during my previous visits, which made this experience even more disappointing. I understand stores have policies, but there should be some flexibility and respect when someone is clearly in distress. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I won’t be returning.

Typical supermarket with one piece exception. They sell expired products so be aware. Brought it to managers attention but she told me it's my fault for buying without checking expiration date and no refunds. Lost me as a customer after 10 years of patronage. The current manager is clueless about what's expired on her shelves at the store. CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES!!
