Be careful when purchasing items from this location, some things are not being stored safely. These english muffins started molding on the 17th despite not expiring until the 21st. Not acceptable.

I had a great experience shopping at Whole Foods Market. This location is right in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, making it very convenient whether you're stopping by for a quick grocery run or doing a full weekly shop. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Everything is laid out thoughtfully, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming even during busy hours. The selection is excellent, especially if you're looking for high-quality organic products, fresh produce, and a wide variety of healthy options. Great location and great selection of whole, healthy foods. I have been enjoying the family meal deals lately for an easy meal prep options for the week from Whole Foods. The warm food options are not just delicious, but nutritious as well. The salmon bake, Brussel sprouts, beans, and fingerling potatoes are not to miss! Truly enjoy their offering of locally sourced breads, too! This will certainly be my go-to grocery whenever I am back in DTLA.

I enjoy shopping at this store due to its quality selection; however, the prices are quite high. I would appreciate seeing more discounts, particularly on food and hygiene items.

I don’t usually shop here because the store has very overpriced versions of daily households essentials and the layout of the store is confusing. I walked up to the self checkout and was told sternly by an employee that I was cutting the line. I immediately apologized and was quite humiliated and upset as the actual line was all the way against the wall in a very non-obvious and easily-missed, not very visible location. There were no signs that made it clear that there was an existing queue line, unlike the local Ralph’s where everything is far clearer, obvious, streamlined and orderly. I have never had this kind of a humiliating experience in any store and I can only imagine what an inconvenience it must be for DTLA tourists and first-time shoppers to navigate. 💔
