Eunice 6 months agoBeware of incorrect pricing at check out. Green onion was on special for 0.99 and the machine at self-checkout had it as $1.99. Unfortunately the staff said I would have to go thru the regular checkout line to get that correct and refunded. I didn’t want get in long lines for $1 difference. However, It’s not the first time I caught incorrect pricing. Just be aware. For the most part it’s a good store with many varieties including asian cooking products.
John Sneed a month agoI bought 11 items but their machine and employee were upset because I had more than 15. Neither the self checkout nor employee know how to count. What is the discrepancy? The CRV charge on 2 liter bottles. It is not an item. It is not a separate bar code.
Four Bees & The Bear 2 months agoTerrible customer service and the clerks are aggressive, rude and hostile. I had a deeply disturbing experience at this location that raises serious concerns about how customers are treated and how the store is managed. During a recent visit, a self-checkout employee escalated a situation unnecessarily, raising her voice screaming and creating a chaotic, hostile environment when the patrons were in line with pleasant and polite dispositions. This was not a minor issue. It disrupted the entire area and created stress for everyone nearby, including a couple with a newborn child. The clerk Maria treated customers like they were less than human and she did not even care about shouting when everyone was calm and do so to the couple holding a newborn. It was hostile and heartless. Maria, the self-checkout clerk was raging against customers unprovoked while everyone stared in shock. They allow the clerks to act out with no reprimand. More concerning is what I have personally witnessed on multiple occasions at this store. I have seen customers treated in an aggressive and humiliating manner, including being stopped, questioned, and made to empty their bags in front of others. At the same time, I have seen other individuals openly placing items into bags and leaving the store without any intervention. That contrast is not subtle. It is glaring and unacceptable. The contrast is glaring and unacceptable. At one point, I observed a situation escalate to the point where a customer was visibly distressed and brought to tears while staff handled the situation in a way that lacked basic professionalism and respect. No one should be treated that way in a grocery store. This location is poorly managed, with staff who escalate rather than de-escalate. The environment is tense, inconsistent, and at times openly uncomfortable. No customer should feel singled out, embarrassed, or disrespected while simply trying to shop. This store needs immediate attention when it comes to staff training, accountability, and how situations are handled. Until those issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this location.
immaculeta okwuoha 2 months ago3/13 William has great customer service and helped me to bag my groceries at the self checkout. I really appreciate him and his cheerful personality every time I come to shop. He is very helpful and thorough. Thank you for hiring people who actually show up to work and offer great service. Thanks again and see you soon!
Christopher Haddock 5 months agoThe Absolute WORST. There's absolutely no reason that this store should have 1 cashier . It's eleven o'clock at night. There has to be at least sixty people in line. How could ralph's have the audacity to have one cashier? This is absolutely ridiculous
