Been coming here for over a year & the only reason why I come is their fruits, about a year ago their fruit was very fresh specially raspberries blackberries & strawberries which I usually come here for. Now they have change some of their fruit brands & their quality has gone down drastically. Not to mention their prices when up on berries but their quality is no longer the same. Hardly come around now as they discontinued DRISCOLLS raspberries or any blackberries.

Ralphs is what we call a nice average grocery store. Not super well cleaned, but prices make up for that. Definitely deserves a revamp and a little more attention to areas that need to be cleaned like the register belt. Absolutely gross

Love this store. PM manager, Roy is very professional and helpful to late night customers and other staff seem to enjoy their jobs. Prices are fair and food is excellent.

I wanted to return an item purchased at another Ralphs store, but was told I could not do so. I was told earlier that I could return it to any store. What's going on? Why do employees lie? Who keeps order in the store??? Just trashcan looks great🤦🏻‍♂️

Concern Regarding Recent Experience at Ralph’s Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience at your Ralph's location on 3rd Street this evening. While checking out, I declined a bag, believing I had only a few items. Unfortunately, two fruit juice bottles slipped from my grasp and slammed on the floor. As I struggled to retrieve them, I noticed a nearby security guard. He initially bent slightly as if to assist but quickly turned away instead. When I asked for help, he simply replied that he would find someone else that can help me. The security needed to find someone to help me pick up an 8oz plastic bottle of fruit juice is diabolical. The security lack of support was disheartening. In a community supermarket where we are all neighbors, I expected common courtesy and basic human decency that security guard was definitely no gentleman. Thankfully, another customer stepped in to help, and I am grateful for his human kindness. However, I believe your staff and/or outside vendor should show basic courtesy and support in such minuscule situations. I
