Convenient location but aisles are cluttered and store is over-stocked making it difficult to navigate cart. Employees don’t seem like a very happy group or eager to assist customers. Produce and fruits are often old and spoiled or over-ripe, especially packaged lettuce! Employees are defense if you request them to help you find an item and they don’t wish to be bothered and they often mention they are underpaid as their excuse for not being more helpful.

What stands out here is the fact I found out today that my package of garlic naan bread was bad. Nice and moldy. Let’s rotate the product please! Other than the fact they don’t know how to rotate their stuff, there is the very large kosher section here. This Ralph’s is pretty well stocked but a little claustrophobic. The aisles are a bit narrow. On several occasions I have been here early and it’s hard to maneuver around the staff that are stocking items. Do avoid this time of day. In this particular store the staff aren’t very good at getting out of the way. On today’s visit I could not find pita bread so I got naan bread instead. This isn’t a good thing of course. I didn’t want naan bread but I didn’t want to keep on looking for the pita bread either. They do have a huge hummus section though. They have a large parking lot out front.

Excellent. Midmorning is the best time to go. Fresh made fried chicken chicken wings, steak, fries, etc. all come out and about 930 10 maybe 1030 at the latest. And in the morning is when they start to slice the grab and go deli meat, selections of roast beef and ham and turkey, etc. Really wonderful selection of vegetables and produce, and also specialty items in the canned goods or kosher Latin American Asian aisle. They have two self check out sections. A pharmacy – which is always very helpful. I started going there about 20 years ago and now I go regularly because I now live two blocks away.

Worst customer service ever! I purchased two number balloons for my daughter’s bday. $13.99 each but they were deflating after 3 hours & they have lasted a week or two. I came to this Ralph’s to get them replaced but since I did not have my receipt. However, they could check my purchases using my member phone number. Talked to the lady in the balloon section did not help. I asked for a manager she sends me to the cashier #10 who was clueless of the situation so I had to explain the whole thing again. After the detailed explanation she makes two phone calls and says she cannot help because the manager said so. The manager never showed up but I was told her name is Morena Lopez. Their recommendation “purchase the balloons again” ARE YOU SERIOUS??? People in this store is committed to loose clients but willing to take your money.

I love this Ralph's it's my go to grocery store. They always have what I want in stock and it's never overcrowded. The workers are always polite.
