I went to Raplhs LA, and i bought for a dip sauce When I tried it at home, it was spoiled and the next day I felt sick, I went back to the store to return it, but they refused to refund the money, saying that the item had been purchased at a reduced price and that such was their policy no refunds. Then you can sell food in BAD CONDITION but you REFUSE to return the money, The manager Josue didnt offered any solution—he wouldn't even exchange the product for another item. Then He said, "I'll be right back," but never CAME BACK, leaving me waiting for him for a long time when i asked for him, the others employers said he went for lunch. How can employers can be so inefficient and maintain policies that go against their customers finances and health? To be a big supermarket, they couldn't even manage to refund for your clients, the customer service is terrible

I’ve generally had a decent experience shopping here, but I want to raise a serious concern. Some of the newer cashiers would benefit from better training around cultural sensitivity and implicit bias. Customers with brown skin should not be assumed to be immigrants, non-native English speakers, or treated differently. Asking for a passport specifically as ID or unnecessarily repeating sentences slowly in public can come across as profiling and is uncomfortable. I understand that many Indian students from USC shop here, but that should never justify making assumptions about customers based on appearance. I hope management addresses this through proper staff training so all customers feel respected and welcome.

The florists here are ALWAYS amazing. Today, Tatiana (Tati) really gave customer service that was above and beyond for my mother's 60 birthday flower bouquet. Thank you so much, Tatiana! She is a treasure and deserves a pay bonus, for sure. Thank you for the gorgeous flowers! 💕💖

Yesterday on 6/10/26 I went to Ralphs on Vermont and Adams my go to store now this is going to change and I will be traveling further because I don’t want to kept seeing baby ROACHES and I’m not being taking serious when I bring it to the supervisor attention Kristy yesterday just look at me very blank and uncaring and didn’t asked to walk over and see for herself the in question she just said that she would speak to the manager and try to FIGURE something out, I also told her that a few month back I encountered a baby ROACh crawling in the yellow lemons and I informed one of the workers in the produce area and he walked over took a look and did nothing so shame on me for going back because ROACHES are nesting in the produce fruit area how unsanitary. I should have took a picture with my phone and posted it on social media but I thought addressing to staff was appropriate but they don’t care if you bring a roach home with you . Beware of the ROACHES.

This place was great! The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, they made me a sandwich at 6:30am although the deli opens at 7am, making the shopping experience quick and easy. Definitely one of the better grocery stores around!
