It was such an awful experience today. INobody knew how to make a sandwich, They toasted arugula, filled the scraps of bread pieces with mustard only. They had to ask each other about 15 times how to make a sandwich I was in disbelief. Then I walk over to the coffee and they’re out of cold brew 😩 WOW! Maybe a look into the kitchen area would be helpful.

One thing I dislike about shopping at Wholesale Foods is the inconsistent customer service. I regularly come here to purchase the Berry Chantilly cake, but my experiences with the bakery staff have often been disappointing. During my most recent visit, I noticed what felt like selective customer service. The line was getting long, and when it was finally my turn, the employee asked whether I was waiting for coffee or cake. When I replied that I was there for a cake, she immediately gave me an unpleasant look and said, "If you want cake, the line is here." There was no sign or indication that there was a separate line for cake orders, so the comment came across as rude and unnecessary. Throughout the interaction, she did not greet me, smile, or make any effort to provide friendly service. When I asked if she could write a message on the cake, her attitude remained dismissive and unwelcoming. What made the experience more frustrating was that immediately afterward, she warmly greeted the next customer and asked, "How can I help you?" The difference in treatment was noticeable and disappointing. I love the Berry Chantilly cake and will likely continue purchasing it, but the customer service in the bakery department could use significant improvement. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy, respect, and the same level of service.

I used to love this store so much. It’s still great, my one star review is coming from employees having zero standards. I went in, a majority of the employees have bright colored hair (blue, green etc) Tattoos and piercings all over the face. Doesn’t seem appropriate for a family friendly grocery store. Will not be bringing my kids and family back here.

This store is located within the Fig Garden complex. The store is always clean and well organized. I have found most of the sales staff to be helpful. The atmosphere is light with customers talking and laughing. There is a wide selection food items (hot and cold), a bakery, and deli. The store also stocks some personal beauty items and organic products. I enjoy walking through this store and looking at the many products customers can purchase. Whole Foods can be "pricey" on certain items, but their products are reliable. This was not my first time shopping at Whole Foods, and it will not be my last.

We had a very pleasant experience at Whole Foods in Fig Garden in Fresno, CA. Theresa helped us with a return. It was super easy!!! She was so quick and professional and courteous and friendly! I hope management will note her excellent customer service! Thank you Whole Foods for hiring good employees!
