Inside the store is clean and everything is organized but the outside is a whole different world. A lot of homeless, trash, and it smells like poop. Also no shopping carts available to grab, you actually have to go and get one from the parking lot.

This store has a massive, completely unacceptable breach of customer privacy and basic ethics. I am a paying customer who went in to purchase some items but, Unbeknownst to me, internal, employee-only security footage of my transaction was recorded and leaked directly to Facebook. ​To make matters worse, the leaked footage was posted alongside completely false allegations claiming I "cleared out the shelves" of all their bourbon. Because the store allowed this footage to be blasted online, it invited a wave of toxic, unhinged harassment in the comments section, where complete strangers were calling me a "douche bag terrorist" over a completely normal, legal purchase. ​As a customer, you expect your image to be protected by standard security protocols, not weaponized or used for social media drama and fabricated rumors. It is incredibly unsettling to know that if you shop at this location, your face and your private purchases might end up plastered all over local social media groups, opening you up to severe online harassment. ​Corporate needs to immediately investigate who has access to their security feeds and hold the responsible parties accountable. Until this location can guarantee basic customer privacy, safety, and professionalism, I strongly advise shopping elsewhere.

Clean store 👌, up to CDC standards regulations, employee's very polite products very fresh and stock of everything

This location consistently has the worst produce of any store I've been to in Fresno.

Wow, I did not realize that they made a Smart & Final this big! This has to be at least twice as big as the store in Madera. Needless to say they had everything that I needed to complete a large fundraising dinner shopping list after I ran the Madera store out of a lot of their #10 cans. Worth the drive for sure.
