Been going there since I was a kid, and the customer service is almost just as good as it was 25-30 years ago! SaveMart used to be my go-to but since they got bought up by a billion dollar corporation their prices skyrocketed, and now Vons is cheaper than them! Plus Vons’ bakery and meat department are wayyy better quality.

Amazing staff. I usually look for Corbins check out because he is not only efficient but also seems to solve any problem put before him. I assumed he was a manager until today. He hit an snag and Tom was fast to the resolve the issue for their customer. Great hiring and teamwork at this store!!!

I really enjoy shopping at this Vons. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything on my list quickly. Their produce section is consistently fresh, and I especially love the selection at the deli counter for easy lunches. The staff is friendly and the checkout lines move pretty fast. Definitely recommend using their app for the digital coupons—it makes a big difference at checkout!

I visited this store today after being a loyal customer for over 10 years and left extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at checkout. I was calmly waiting my turn with a basket full of items and had been polite throughout the interaction. The employee helping me, an older woman with grey hair and glasses, had been very warm and friendly with the customer in front of me. However, when it was my turn, the interaction immediately felt different. She came around the register and started taking items out of my basket herself. At first, I honestly thought she might have been closing the lane because I had never experienced that before. She then asked me, in a tone that came across as sarcastic and passive aggressive, whether I would also need help taking my items out to my car. I immediately apologized and explained that I did not realize customers were expected to remove the items from the basket themselves. In my experience shopping here, I normally leave the basket and place it back with the others after checkout. Despite my apology, the interaction continued to feel dismissive and disrespectful. What made the experience especially uncomfortable was the noticeable difference in how warmly the customer before me was treated compared to how I was spoken to. I felt singled out, embarrassed, and disrespected despite remaining calm throughout the interaction. I ultimately chose to leave my basket and all of my items behind and walk out instead of continuing the interaction. I would encourage management to review the checkout camera footage, as I believe it would clearly show the unprofessional tone and behavior displayed toward me. I understand customer service jobs can be stressful, but customers should still be treated respectfully and consistently. Unfortunately, after over a decade of shopping here, this experience was enough for me to decide I will not be returning.

5 dollar fridays have me hooked on vons chicken and meat deptartment. Hamburger cheaper than costco in Costco portions what a deal!! Also the special clearance items in freezer what a steal 50 percent off!! 👏 fresh and delicious produce. Candy graps cotton candy grapes. The variety of organic is great 👍
