I have only been to this specific Vons one time. It didn't let me down. It was clean, organized and had a very friendly staff. I went in only for a few items amd found them right away. Thanks for making shopping easy, Vons!

Zero Stars need to be an option. The service here was so awful. I basically waited for over 40 minutes for a drive-up order that never came. I had already notified that I was on my way to pick up my order, but I tried calling the order pick up number four times to talk to someone. Each I was disconnected. I called the stores Main line, and they transferred me to the drive-up department. I was on hold for 7 minutes. I called them back again and they told me that they're busy. If they're busy, then why was my order ready? Why did I have to wait more than 40 minutes for my order? I finally left. I had no time left to wait. Never coming back here again. Target is nearby, Sprouts is nearby. And both are far better options. Much of the time it's cheaper to go to Target anyway. I have some nasty expletives for vons. But I'm going to refrain and just not bother with them anymore. The frustrating part is that this is not the first time this has happened to me with this store.

CC: Corporate Office – Albertsons Companies ⸻ I am a woman in my 60s living on a fixed income, and I am reporting what I believe to be an unauthorized charge and improper handling of a debit transaction by your cashier. During checkout, I attempted to complete a purchase totaling approximately $24 and selected $100 cash back. However, after repeated interference by the cashier—who continued pressing prompts on her end and instructing me to reinsert my card—I was ultimately charged $224. At no point did I knowingly authorize any additional $100 charge beyond my purchase and intended cash back. ⸻ What makes this extremely serious • The cashier repeatedly interfered with my transaction while I was attempting to complete it • I was instructed to reinsert my card multiple times while she manipulated the system • I was charged an additional $100 that I did not knowingly approve I did not realize this immediately because I do not routinely check receipts. Had I not later reviewed it while looking for another receipt, this money would have been lost without my knowledge. ⸻ Impact What should have been a positive experience returning to your store—one I was genuinely excited about—became a stressful and upsetting situation. As someone on a fixed income, losing $100—even temporarily—is significant.
