Our first time at this location, and it was great. The meat department is awesome. We spotted and bought a thick juicy Rib Eye steak and asked if it could be sliced in half, and the nice young man was willing to do that for us with a smile. Great store, thank you for serving the community.

I visited this supermarket twice and found they carry all the essential products. I purchased some fruits and vegetables, which were fine. However, I decided to buy their banana muffins—and I ended up throwing them away. I’m not sure how they were prepared, but they were definitely not edible.

Last night I came to this location to get some food, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First, I had to wait about 6 minutes just to be acknowledged and place my order. When my food was finally handed to me, the employee who gave it to me had a very poor attitude and was talking to her coworker while I was trying to ask for help. I had just spent money there and felt completely ignored and disrespected. As for the food quality, it was extremely disappointing. I ordered quesabirria tacos with consommé. The tacos were very soggy — the tortillas felt like they had been soaked in water, the cheese wasn’t fully melted, and the birria did not taste the way it normally does. I’ve had much better from this location before, which is why this experience was so surprising. I’ve always recommended this place to my friends, but after last night, I can’t say I would anymore. I really hope management looks into both the food quality and the customer service issues, especially the rude behavior from the staff in the back who were ignoring me while I was trying to make a purchase. I would appreciate this being addressed.

The order I received was incorrect. Despite confirming that hominy and sides were included, I discovered upon returning home that the sides were missing and only tortillas were provided. Additionally, the ratio of ingredients was poor, with an excessive amount of cow's foot relative to tripe and a meat-to-broth balance that was significantly disproportionate. This experience was disappointing and did not meet the expected standard of service.

The girl making my tacos was eating something, She didn't even bother to try and hide it. Then to make things worse she didnt put on new gloves just keep making my tacos. I ordered large tacos and she put meat like it was a small taco for kids. I paid $4 per taco just to get less then half what other Vallartas do. This is the worst one in town. Do not go to this Vallarta!!
