Today I took my elderly parents to this location to get some items. We are regular customers. both of my parents purchased pork chops and they were not expired. Got home and opened all of packs and it smelled ranched. I called my father and asked him to check his pack and his pack smelled awful too. So I took them back to return them. Matthew did the return and asked what's wrong with it and I said it stank. I looked at my mom and said must be expired and he said, "no its not". What is the difference when its not edible? He treated us like we did something wrong. I ask if my parents can get an apology and he said no....its a manufacture issue. no customer service? no sorry for the inconvenience? We spend a lot of money in that store and that's how they treat customers? I will make sure I let everyone I know how they really feel and treat customers. Never again at that location. Very disappointed.

I love Grocery Outlet in general. It's a store I've been frequenting for years and years now. I live just a hop, skip, and a jump away from this location so I shop at this one more often than any other. This store is ALWAYS clean, organized, tons of deals each time we stop here. There are always goodies and such on clearance on top of the already great deals. All the employees are super friendly and go out of their way to help you out.

Thought it was cool how they had a wine chart to show what to eat with which types of wine. Also like the selection of craft beer. The store seems like it has much better prices compared to any other store around the area. Service wasn't bad, there were people in the store asking us for change if that bothers anyone, we didn't mind much.

Prices are good and nice employees. Leaving a low review cause its currently 9:06 and you guys are closed when on here it says you’re open until 10 pm. doors won’t open and looks like the employees are counting their drawers. Didn’t give me attention when waving. Just came the other day around this time and was open.

A nice clean organized store. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. I would definitely come again.
