Here we goooooo!!! If you are looking to get your happy juice in Phoenix, there is no need to visit this place. The person working behind the counter was beyond rude. My mother, wife, and I came in looking to purchase a W. L. Weller Special Reserve and a Blanton's, so we were genuinely there to spend money on products we wanted. Unfortunately, the attitude we received was extremely disrespectful from the moment we walked in. Customer service goes a long way, especially when people are choosing to support your business. After looking through the reviews, it became much easier to understand why others have had similar experiences. A single interaction can completely shape how customers view a business, and this one definitely missed the mark.

I was attacked outside the store trying to help stop shoplifters, one of the workers saw everything that happened, I’m a 120 pound women and he let six grown men attack me. He saw it all and told the cops he saw nothing but me ‘on the ground’. Do not shop at this place, they do not value their customers. I came to this shop daily and i will NEVER shop here again. Letting a grown woman be attacked by six teenagers is so embarrassing and I’ll make sure everyone in the neighborhood knows what type of people work here. Do NOT shop here. They do not deserve your business or value their regular customers. I’m actually disgusted this is how they treated someone who comes in every day! If you know who this is please report to police since this shop defends their own shoplifters! Boycott this store! They overcharge a ton anyway! Circle k is much better! Edit to their response-your response is simply a lie. This happened during the afternoon on 3/19 approx 1-1:45 and you employee chased after one of them saying he stoles they are in camera in your store as well as i am leaving directly after them. I confronted the six teens and the incident happened in front of Ike’s - where your employee was outside standing at the corner of Roosevelt and 5th facing Ike’s and saw whole thing. He told the police he only ‘saw me in the ground’. So you’re simply lying saying nothing was seen when your employee is on police record saying he saw them and me but not the assault. The police report i will follow up with the number but my 911 reference number is 202600376341. Your employee felt so guilty for lying he gave me free product to try to make up for it. Now you guys want to lie directly on google. I will be coming in the store to talk to you directly to confront you on this pie and i will absolutely provide you with info that your entire response is a lie. The arresting cop directl spoke to your employee. I later confronted the employee around 2pm and he said sorry all i saw was you on the ground. All you do is lie and I will absolutely prove it too.

this is the best corner store of all time! i’ve never failed to receive exceptional service that literally brightens my day every time i’ve gone in there. the products available are have higher variety and quality than i would typically expect of a corner store. the workers strike a perfect balance between friendliness and policy following. i cant recommend stopping in enough.

I had an unbelievably disturbing experience at Milk and Honey Market in Phoenix, AZ. What should’ve been a quick stop turned into one of the most hostile and discriminatory experiences I’ve ever had in a business. My group brought someone with us — a person who appeared to be homeless — to help them get something to eat. While we were browsing the selection, the owner began yelling at us aggressively. We were berated in the store, accused of enabling homelessness, and openly insulted. He forcibly kicked the person out of the shop while using disgusting, derogatory language — repeatedly claiming that “all homeless people hurt his business” and calling us “horrible people” simply for being in the store with someone who needed help. This was blatant profiling and discrimination based on appearance and perceived socioeconomic status — and possibly race. A store should be welcoming and respectful to all customers. Instead, we were humiliated and screamed at, not for anything we did, but because of who we were with and how we looked. This is beyond poor customer service — it’s dehumanizing and offensive. I urge anyone reading this to think twice before supporting this business. Avoid this place at all costs.

The people working behind the counter should be ashamed of themselves, I seen them profile an individual who happened to be African American and accuse them of being homeless and kick them out of the store. And flat out said to this man that he's homeless so get out. The man had money in hand. That was totally out of line. Profiling is against the law even for police officers in most states. That hurt me seeing this man be humiliated like that and denied service for his appearance. Shame on you guys shame
