I recently visited Fry’s Signature and was incredibly impressed. The store is beautiful, exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and massive in size. It truly feels like a one-stop shop for everything you could need. The floral department was especially impressive, very well stocked, and the florist took the time to guide me to the exact flower I was looking for, which I truly appreciated. The produce section also stood out, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality items. This location goes above and beyond with its amenities, including an in-store Starbucks, a sushi counter, an amazing wine selection, and so much more. Even if you have another Fry’s closer to home, this Signature location is absolutely worth the extra drive. It offers an elevated grocery shopping experience from start to finish.

Normally this is our favorite Fry’s location. However, a recent experience of being overcharged over $30, and the customer service response made us question our loyalty. I’ve been shopping at Fry’s since the 70’s. Mid level chain, usually good sales and products. We’ve been members of their loyalty card for decades. Their more recent way of only giving you the best sale prices if you register for a digital coupon seems just a way of fleecing the unwary. Often we go to buy their beef chuck roasts, for $5.99 a pound with a current sale. The latest one, we got some Barilla pasta that was supposed to be 99 cents, and the boneless chuck roast. I checked that the digital coupons were activated, before my wife went shopping. She comes home, and I check the bill out. To find they only gave $1 a pound off a $9.99 price. Not the $5.99. The pasta also was not at the digital coupon price. I call the phone number on the receipt, ask for customer service. Explain the situation, and a friendly worker said to just take pictures of the meat so they could credit the discount right. When my wife returns a few days later, she just gets met with a rude attitude, and asked why we didn’t bring the meat back. I explain that their fellow employee (name given), told us to do it this way. We had to get a more senior member to help, but it was an unnecessarily stressful transaction. We’ve done hundreds of weekly purchases at Fry’s and never had this level of nonsense. I think they have some website tech problems.

This is the flagship Fry's store. The only one left that I know of which still has a beer and wine bar. They also have a huge kosher section, larger bakery, a Chompies deli, the expanded marketplace offering, and probably more than I didn't notice. So if you are a Fry's fan, this is your mecca!

This Frys is very clean and everyone here that I've encountered is very helpful! They always have the wing bar (it's my lunch) stocked and with a great variety!

One of the nicer Fry's in the area. Has just about anything you want or need. This is my favorite Fry's Store. It's clean with anything you could want from fresh produce to Deli to Apparel and there's good deals offered. The Service Desk is friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking and there's quite a few stores just across the street. Good Location, very accessible.
