What a fantastic addition to this neighborhood! There is a markup for sure, however - I had lived in a complex a block away for about 2 years before Milk and Honey moved in and they were an answered prayer as my friends and neighbors and I were praying for a bodega; it was so inconvenient when you needed just an item or two from the store and didn’t have a place nearby to just grab it! This solved that problem and I was so grateful for it many many times. Also super easy and fun on your walk home from a night with friends downtown to stop in a get what you needed. Surprisingly large selection. Obviously this isn’t a full sized major grocer with major grocer pricing but the convenience is worth it if you live downtown, trust! Clean and organized and the staff is always super nice and friendly, offered treats to my little dog if I dropped in during a walk.

The prices are marked up anywhere from %50-%100 of the normal prices at other grocery stores. Ex. The bag of wontons they have in the freezer was priced at $11.99 when the normal prices at multiple different grocery stores is $4.99. Also their packs of cigarettes, I bought 24/7’s(normally $5.50-$6.00)was over $8.50! Now I do understand that they have to make money but price gouging is absolutely absurd to this high extent. I do appreciate them being open late and their manager is very nice but they need to take a look at making their grocery store more affordable.

Great store! This is not your average convenience store selling just junk food, soda and beer. For a small store they have an amazingly diverse selection of products at prices that are surprisingly similar to typical supermarkets. Even some decent fruits and berries (though not organic). When I don’t feel like going to Fry’s, I love having this place within easy walking distance. So convenient!

This store is pretty well-stocked with anything you might need, so it’s super convenient. The food is very fresh too. Cashier is very friendly and kind too. Glad to have this store in the neighborhood!
