Well I got to say I love going to this Fry's on 30'street I pretty much know the staff I go in just about every other day,but today was different,,I rearly buy my meat when it comes to beef or pork steaks ,,only because I prefer bone in ,,now I took a Chance and bought some pork shoulder pork Chops that costed around $12.00 for 3 steak's as I opened the package there was this distinctive smell and it was funky I wouldn't even serve it to my dogs so I sat there and I called the store and wanted to speak to the butcher about it but the butcher had already left for the day but there was another guy that I spoke to and I told him you know what happened with the issue the only problem was I didn't have I left the receipt in the basket so I couldn't take him back because I know the rule is what you have to bring the receipt back but you know I mean I'm there like almost every day every other day you know I know all the customers like it or the workers like I said but this is why I rarely buy meats from Fry's just please talk to your workers about this you know the guys were handling the meats make sure they're doing their sanitary procedures you know not cut cornering or this and that because it can get somebody sick I'm just glad I was the one who found this because if I didn't find it somebody else would have you know gotten sick or whatever so just look into it make sure everybody's watching their hands washing the knives washing the machines you know where they cut from and stuff like that ,, let this be an eye opener

I used this store during my trip to Phoenix and found everything I needed. they got very good collection of items in the store. Fresh produce, good prices, good collection of beverages. Their Bakery is good, and items taste fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is maintained well and clean. The parking lot is good enough.

The security guard out front later this afternoon for rude for no reason. He decided to engage in a hostile conversation with me over my shirt (a computer science shirt). I wasn’t doing doing anything; I wasn’t talking to anyone. I was taking my groceries outside, and he decided to engage in rude comments at me about my shirt & students. He also raised his voice and pointed his finger at me, even when I agreed with him. I was polite and gave him a thumbs up. Still that didn’t satisfy him & he kept being hostile. Whatever is going on with him, is his life, not the customers. Why try to ruin someone’s evening for no reason? Please tell him to calm down. If he doesn’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. There was no need to engage hostility, especially when kindness kept being shown to him.

Me or my kids always have a problem with the hot food employees.. sent my kids to get lunch they wanted potato wedges with their meal.. it's after 11 so just know they should be open. I realized my kids are taking a long time. My daughter tells me we are waiting on the wedges. Cool they will be fresh for them. More time gone by more then enough time for wedges to be done. It's now 12 26 so I text my daughter again.she texts back telling me another worker came out so she asked and the worker told her they no longer have potato wedges they discontinued them. I thought bs someone don't want to do their job..so I called up there and the lady informed me on the phone they sill have potatoe wedges someone doesn't want yo do their job.. story of my life with this frys location

My mother, who is 78 years old, has been going to change her checks as she always done. And when we checked, she was not getting the full amounts when confronted. They said she can no longer change her checks there do not trust these people.
