Superior cakes can be found at this Fry's bakery the team is absolutely awesome! Don't bother going to Ajs,Safeway or other Frys locations! From the freshness to the aesthetically pleasing presentation you can tell that Barbara the manager of the bakery play close attention to details while also supporting her team. From the cake case to the order I placed everything was great.

Consistently now, no carts are available in the store, even when the parking lot is sparsely populated. You see people wandering the parking lot, or stalking shoppers who are leaving to snag their carts. This has been going on for quite a while now. I have taken my business elsewhere now quite a few times. Staff there have told me their carts are being taken by homeless folks. I guess... today I went into the store, no carts, not many shoppers, hardly a sustainable situation which they have absolutely failed to manage.

One checker on register at 600 pm!In line and the person in front of me leaves and says this register is closed now. Im forced to go to self check with everyone else and have to get help multiple times along with other people as if you dont scan it exactly right it shuts down. I get through and realize the beer is not the price is was marked at. I go to customer service, explain it to the cashier.She takes off for several minutes to verify .Comes back with a manager and a photo of not what I purchased to say The $14.99 was for the 18 pack bottles.Ok I say where is photo of what I bought. They had placed several cartons of beer behind wrong price sticker! And had 2 different prices for that!One price sticker was for the week before. Customer service and good help is severely lacking.

Never go here for Deli Food!! I have given this location several chances to see if I get a better experience. None whatsoever. Never have fresh food and this is around noon time or even before the lunch rush. The staff simply stare at you and ignore you when asking for assistance. If you don't want people to order from you, shut down the deli. This is a joke, ask for manager and within the 20 minutes of wasting my lunch break, I got nothing. Shelves are consistently empty and very little no/low sugar options as well. Silver lining is this isn't my local grocery store. Don't get me started on the lack of cashiers as well. It seems to be a common thread on these reviews and guess what? SSDD. Still have to fumble around to find a self-checkout and most of the time they have one section of the self-checkout shut down. If you cannot operate the self-checkout, here's a suggestion: MAN THE CASH REGISTERS!!

This store has really gone downhill. I don’t know if management changed or something but this has become one of the worse Fry’s I’ve been in. Carts have become a luxury. Even on slow days you have to walk around the parking lot to try and find one. It’s to the point where people are pushing PetSmart’s carts around the store. A manager even told me it’s not in their budget to get more. So if you need to actually shop for a good amount of stuff just go to a different frys or grocery store in general because not a single other store in the area is having this issue. They also run an incredibly bare bones staff. It doesn’t matter the the time or day. One to two cashiers, half the serve checkouts are closed and ONE person in the deli at all times. It’s gotten pretty embarrassing.
