I'm obsessed. The selection of Mexican candy alone was enough for me to be running around like a kid. But other than that, the staff was extremely friendly. Love the worker in the cheese and meat section. Prices here are beyond reasonable too. Definitely shop here if youre looking for great prices.

This is a Hispanic store with lots of good items. Produce is 1000x better than Walmart and Costco. The meat department is always busy, and there is always a line. Which means that the meat is really good. There is a famous rude woman in the other recent past reviews. Surprisingly, she is still there. I asked her a simple question about the fresh cheese. She was very rude to my wife and me. Her attitude was unprofessional, displeased, aggressive, and resentful. The bakery department has fresh bread and smells amazing. Overall, this is a good place to get groceries like fruits and vegetables, but I recommend avoiding this rude employee so you can enjoy your day.

I went to the deli department at El Super today and had a very unpleasant experience. I was number 93, and the employee didn’t call the number over the speaker like usual — she just quickly yelled it out. I tried to get her attention, but she immediately moved on to the next number. When I told her, “Hey, I’m 93 — I don’t think you heard me,” she responded with “Why didn’t you react then?” in a rude tone. I had tried to get her attention, but I wasn’t going to start yelling across the deli or run to the other side. The comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and the customer service in that department could definitely be improved.

I waited 30 minutes for assistance in the meat department before anyone helped me, and then spent an additional 13 minutes waiting in a very long checkout line. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating as a customer. Please consider hiring more staff, especially in high-demand areas like the meat department and checkout, to improve the shopping experience.

The quality of the vegetables and fruits is outstanding at a reasonable price. I buy veggies for a week for less than $80. Plus they also have some of the Mexican soap and other Mexican item that you cannot find anywhere else. I never have a bad surprise when I am at the cash register. 👌
