I’m honestly shocked at how expensive Pick ’n Save has gotten in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A small amount of groceries ended up costing over $350, which is absolutely outrageous. With inflation already making things hard for families, it’s upsetting to see basic everyday items priced this high. People should be aware that shopping here can add up incredibly fast, even when you’re not buying much. Definitely pay close attention to prices before checking out. NOTE: NOT INCLUDED TAXES YET!!!!!

Rarely have cashiers, so you have to work self check out. Every time I’m at self check out one worker has to solve machine issues and no matter how careful people are the machines alert. Put something back in your cart after scanning even though that’s allowed? Alert. An employee voids an item? Another worker has to come at the end to validate. Swipe something correctly and put it in the bag? Somehow a random alert happens. This place is a waste of time and they need to start paying people properly to get this place staffed.

anyone saying this store is cleanly and efficient is genuinely insane. yesterday i went in there and there was unpackaged bread just sitting on a shelf in the soap section lol. the location is also super understaffed it seems. on the bright side, they do put some good shit in clearance quite frequently, but other than that this location is rough.

9/23/2022 It's getting worse and worse with every visit. Tonight there were zero manned checkout lines open. You had to self-check out. And someone spilled something when they were checking out so the single associate that was watching people check out was cleaning that up and ignoring everyone else. My requests for help were falling on deaf ears. I went to the service counter but they refused to provide any service. "You have to talk to that man over there." And when he was done with the other checkout, another store employee came up to talk to him so I was ignored for longer. When he finally came to help me and I asked why the computer called for help, he replied, "That's just what it does. You have to be patient." And it was not spoken in a nice way. He just reset everything. Didn't check out what the problem was. So I expect it's going to be like this EVERY TIME FROM NOW ON! 2021 Mask policy ignored by staff and patrons. Security guard walks around the store with no mask. Huge line to self check .

⚠️ EXTREMELY SERIOUS WARNING ⚠️ In my personal experience, this store shows a shocking level of carelessness when it comes to credit and debit card transactions. They appear to let cards run without verifying IDs, signatures, or ownership — the kind of basic security steps every responsible business should take. It honestly feels like they’re willing to push anything through, no questions asked. Trying to reach them is a joke. No one picks up the phone. Ever. It gives the impression that the staff simply doesn’t want to deal with customers or take responsibility for anything. The level of indifference here is genuinely alarming. From what I’ve seen, this place creates the perfect conditions for card misuse and fraud. Whether intentional or just outright negligence, the result is the same: customers’ financial information is put at risk, and the store acts like it’s not their concern. I strongly hope corporate investigates, because something about the way this location operates feels completely out of control. If you care about your money, your identity, or your security, avoid this place. It’s not worth the risk.
