Today I walked in, checked the massive lines at checkout, and walked out without buying anything. This is the only grocery store I've been to that CONSISTENTLY has incredibly long checkout lines no matter the time you go - including compared to other Pick N Save stores in the area. To the Store Manager: Hire more staff! Pay these hard workers a good wage! Support your community! It's frustrating to see profits being prioritized over shopper needs and conveniences.

Place is more akin to a prison with overpriced food scattered about. Pretty blown away by the state of this place. No baskets for shopping, only one entrance and exit at the most inconvenient spot, armed security guards flexing all over the store. I got a horrible vibe and left immediately for Whole Foods. Not the same place it was a decade ago and should be razed

Security outside denying customers at the door to come in for the last 10 mins is diabolical ...to be honest, they close early alot; even if you are a good/non- inconveniencing customer. The selection here makes it worth it that half the team is mad they are working.

A worker looked at me with half her teeth missing. Can't they help her with a new bridge? The water fountain doesn't work. Sale items always a plus. No one here can afford sam-e. Wal mart is the reason why this store struggles. And ultimately all of Milwaukee county, buying from nonlocal stores has finally bit us in the bum. Soon, the snake will have eaten and devoured itself here. Have you ever visited Cudahy? And South Milwaukee? That is Milwaukee county's future. No pick n saves or metro at all. Just a few wal marts. And mainly the city of Milwaukee. West allis west Milwaukee will be next. Maybe after the 6 lane expansion of 94. The west allis west Milwaukee grocery stores will be overwhelmed. Soon, rioting. In the north side. Like 1968. Because the Milwaukee mayor buids bars, not agencies of real structure. .

Employees are always kind and helpful. Produce is questionable and low stock for most items. Navigating the forward aisles has become nearly impossible due to checkout lines backing up into to the aisles. There's no self-checkout and not enough front-end associates, so check-out can take anywhere from 10 minutes to half-an-hour depending on if there's a bagger and size of others' cart loads. I will drive further out for larger shops to avoid this location due to the inconveniences.
