I hate the store’s new redesign. Made major cuts to the international food aisles that gave me a reason to shop there in the first place. Big brands are being pushed, and quality products are disappearing from shelves. Bakery has gone down hill: stopped making ciabatta and occasionally burn/undercook the bread loaves. Got rid of large-order self checkouts, which were super convenient. Self checkout setup is now a cramped semicircle where you constantly block the checkout next to you making it even more infuriating to purchase anything here. Misleading signage, sales, and coupon packets are being designed to make shoppers spend more money. Have to relearn the whole store so it takes hours to get the things I need. Despite the redesign supposedly being more “spatially conscious”, shoppers are still running into each other. Kroger’s Corporate takeover has made the experience more predatory towards shoppers, and ruined the few things that were good about this store. Will be spending less money here, I suggest you all do the same.

I am done with this store....MANY times I've gone in and there are NO carts on the first floor, which means I have to go upstairs to get one. Guess the cart jockeys are too busy looking at their phones, which seems to be the case with most of the employees. And recently, the store decided to AGAIN move LOTS of grocery items around in different aisles. How is this beneficial to those customers that need to get a handful of items and find out they're NOT in the place they expected from the last time they shopped there. Moving the 2nd floor liquor department to the first floor WAAAAY in the back - why??? Will never shop there again - there are other options.

Horrible parking situation. I have had to sit in my car for minutes as people wait for someone to pull out of one of the few available spaces. Then you find that the store is actually 2 stories with produce and meat on 1st floor & dairy and boxed goods on second. If you have a cart, you have to wait for the elevator to move between floors. When your cart is full, there is only one check out clerk, otherwise you self check. Have ever tried to self check a full cart and bag yourself? With a shopper right behind you starting to scan before you’re bagged? Then you have to go back to an elevator. Oh and did I mention there are not enough functional carts. This store really does everything to stop you from doing weekly shopping. I am NEVER going back.

The best time to go would be after 7pm. Those are the times that I've received great customer service from all the employees & security 👏🏾. Theft is on a high but the security is TOP Notch watch dogs! And shout out to the lady in Floral she "DID HER BIG ONE" With the decorations!!!! Love is in the AIR IN THAT STORE!!

My only complaint about the store is difficulty navigating the parking structure, but that's usually because of other drivers making everyone else wait for them so they can get a slightly better parking spot. The pharmacy in particular has been very helpful. They haven't had a couple prescriptions I've needed the last couple days, but they were very quick to help me locate it at other Metro Markets in the area. I appreciated this a lot, since illness at our house has put a lot on my plate.
