Really good VIC card deals. But just want to let the store know Ashton at the self-checkout was super helpful straightening out a price question. He was busy with several customers at once keeping cool and calm. Got home and realized I had probably left one item at the checkout. Returned over an hour later and Ashton acknowledged me right away. Before I could finish my sentence he said I have your item right here. Since it was a refrigerator item he told me to go get a fresh one before I could say anything. Customer service at its best, thank you.

Really clean store. The produce dept is awesome. Very friendly ladies at the deli department. The prices are a bit pricey but the customer service will have me coming back!

The pickup service is awful. We get there on time when it says the order's ready, and we sit outside waiting after letting them know we've arrived. It usually takes about 15-25 minutes for the order to be brought out. I've been to Sam's Club, which does way more business, and I only wait like 2 minutes there. Between the terrible pickup times and never getting an order that has everything we need, we're going somewhere else. We've tried for months, and it hasn't gotten any better. We even talked to the manager, and he offered us a $10 credit on our next order, but seriously, it still hasn't improved. We've also had them tell us they didn't have items in stock, but then when we go into the store while waiting for pickup, they actually have them. What's the point of pickup if we have to go into the store for stuff they didn't want to get?

Regular shopper here. Produce is always fresh. Good cheese selection. Fresh house made salsa is excellent. If you need something and they don’t have it ask and they will order it. They carry our favorite coffee creamer. Great beer & wine selection. Pay attention to the prices - you can find some things cheaper elsewhere. Super clean inside.

I have never visited a Harris Teeter before this visit. This location has a clean, nice layout with several areas in the store such as a deli, cheese bar, pet area, and more. The store was clean and bright. The only negative is that there was only one cashier open and the line was long. The self checkout was available, but there was no self check out for larger purchases. I did not interact with employees so I cannot speak to their customer service.
