Thank you for moving the bread aisle! The new lay out is awesome. Customer service on the front end could use some work!!! Another 25 item self check would be great by the main entrance!!!

My HEB shopping was good found everything I needed. But once in the parking lot the older man parked next to me flipped me off . Why, I don't know? But my 9 yr old grandson saw him do it. And I had to explain to my grandson I have a relationship with God. So I ignore Satan .

I want to thank the 2 managers on duty May 17 (Believe their names were Mike and Erica?) for their leadership. There was an issue with the young lady in floral who was not following HEB 's tradition of great courtesy service. They quickly resolved it and committed to address. I went back again and true to their word, the attitude and customer service was once again 100% on point. Thanks for the leadership and role-model behavior.

H-E-B is hands down the best grocery store I’ve ever shopped at. Every time I walk in, I feel welcomed and cared for as a customer. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The produce section is outstanding—fresh fruits and vegetables are neatly displayed, and the quality is consistently top-notch. The variety is also impressive, whether I’m shopping for everyday basics or specialty items. What really sets H-E-B apart is their customer service. The employees go above and beyond to help, whether it’s guiding me to an item I can’t find or offering suggestions on products. They’re friendly, approachable, and genuinely seem to care about making my shopping experience enjoyable. Even during busy times, the checkout process is efficient and smooth, with staff that remain patient and kind. I also appreciate their commitment to the community and Texas pride. From supporting local products to offering store-brand items that rival (and often beat) national brands in quality, H-E-B always delivers value. Their prepared foods, bakery, and fresh tortillas are favorites in my household. Overall, H-E-B is more than just a grocery store—it’s a place where quality, affordability, and community come together. I’m grateful to have them nearby.
