I had a complicated return due to the website charging me a lower price than what was finally billed to my card once delivered (much higher cost) and Jocelyn at the return counter was EXTREMELY helpful. She was understanding, shared my frustration, and explained to me what happened and how she was going to remedy it. She was patient and her customer service was top tier. My interaction with her specifically was a 5 star interaction. I gave 4 stars for the Target store specifically. This is due to inventory availability, cleanliness of the bathrooms and safety. Overall a good store to shop at, security is often walking around making me feel safe while shopping and walking to my car.

The store is good. It has some different things from the other ones. This area has some high class women shopping in there. I couldn't get a good parking spot at this store.

I shop here often never had a bad experience but they do need to be better at answering the phones. I had a simple question that wouldn’t have taken them more than 2 minutes to answer and they hung up the phone deliberately twice. And they wouldn’t pick it up at all yesterday. One day I understand but two days in a row is just unprofessional.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Target while shopping with my wife and our 9-month-old baby. While we were checking out, the cashier kept staring at our baby with a very angry or irritated expression. Our baby happened to be looking at him, which is pretty normal for a baby. We asked him politely if everything was okay. His response completely caught us off guard. He said, “Honestly, you really want to know what I’m thinking? I don’t think he’s seen a black guy before.” We were honestly confused and shocked by the comment. It didn’t seem like he was joking, and it made the situation extremely awkward and uncomfortable for us as parents. Our baby is only 9 months old. Babies look at people — that’s what they do. The reaction and comment from the cashier felt unnecessary and inappropriate. I’m sharing this because I think management should be aware of this behavior. If someone simply looking at him causes that kind of reaction, it’s concerning for customers interacting with him. Target team, please reach out to me regarding this experience.

Classic Target experience. Plenty of selection, great staff service, and high quality products. Very very busy due to location, it is consistently packed on the weekends. They are usually pretty good at stocking shelves and having plenty of inventory. Would recommend this to anybody in the area or any strong Target fans.
