Store specialize in smoke sausages. You can get them pre smoked and do it yourself. Great neighborhood energy and gathering place. Pretty good deals on some farm produce as well!

Really impressed by the cleanliness of the store...the SMELL OF FRESH SAUSAGE that IMMEDIATELY HITS U. Motivated me to get BACK in the kitchen..Proud Ivorian 🇨🇮So that green onion sausage and Cajun sauce was a hit. S/o to that butcher. Idk what possessed me to go BACK on the bus to Pyburns just for the sausage. Im so excited to think what can I cook next. I stopped by Pyburns recently and picked up some of their homemade sausages and boudin and let me just say everything I tried was absolutely delicious! 😋 You can really taste the care and quality that goes into their products. The flavors were bold, well seasoned, and authentic, perfect for grilling or just a quick snack. If you're looking for locally made flavorful meats, Pyburns is definitely worth a visit.

It should be illegal for food to taste this good. The Oxtails, pork steak, beef short ribs, greens, yams, and dirty rice will make you want to go back again and again. The prices are as good as the food. "Eating great food at a great price", should be their motto as the prices are as good as their food. You will not be disappointed.
