The guy that works in the deli has poor communication skills and does a really bad job at following basic instructions. Since when do you leave the Styrofoam container sitting on the glass with the sides on top. Didn't ask if we wanted to pay for it there , did we want a plastic ware pack so we could eat , did we want some sauces or even if we wanted anything else. He is very rude that isn't the way the workers should be acting. Sell that chicken and the rest of those sides don't just ignore the customer. That mashed potatoes didn't come with gravy since when? I just didn't like the over all attitude he was giving us. If you don't want to work go home. I think at this point Kroger doesn't even care. They do have lots of prepackaged food in the deli area but warm food deli forget it. The chicken looks great but the guy acted like he was taking it home and I was cutting into his meal later. Not sure why I didn't get sauce with them expensive strips but I should have because they was very dry. I think as far as customer service is concerned they failed horribly. As I was leaving I told the security and he didn't even act surprised. He said the man always has a bad attitude let him make it. Let him make it man come on let me make it I was about to buy a family piece chicken box and he stopped me with the way he threw my stuff up on the glass. Like no sir I don't want nothing else from you or Kroger acting like that. So yeah I don't like the deli man but they got good food there if you don't have to deal with anyone to get it.

The way I crashed out when the Kroger in the heights closed 😩😭 but this is a decent replacement that’s not too far. They always have a much better selection. Check out sucks as most grocery stores 😅

I always shop HEB but I visited this location because I had some business near by. I was never really impressed with their stores but this is a very nice location, clean, friendly, and professional. If your ever in this area and need to o make a quick stop I would recommend this store.

I started shopping here years ago because of the great produce they had. Now, they've got the worst around. Moldy fruit, hard as a rock peaches, soggy kale, etc. Also, seems like it doesn't matter what time of day you get there, never a cart in sight. Time to move on to a better store. UPDATE: have been back several times and it seems their moldy produce issue has been resolved. Next, I'll shop for other items they were lacking in quality to see if they've improved. So, I'll upgrade them a star, for now. UPDATE: It looks like they've improved dramatically, their cashiers are actually friendly now, greet and thank you as well. The produce has also improved dramatically. The shopping cart situation has also improved, seems they have their employees go and collect them more often now. Update: seems they've improved dramatically in every category I dinged them on, awesome. The parking is well organized, shopping carts are inside the store now and the shelves are well organized.
