They do not answer the phone nor do they check dates. I wanted Ellenos vanilla bean yogurt, went there for two weeks straight and they still have yogurt Best Buy dated 5/3. Today is 5/26. I’ve removed the product 3 times now because there is never an associate near by, and they put it back on the shelf. There’s a reason they were not put back, check your dates before someone gets sick and dies

Bought insoles (women’s work ones) and felt a difference by the end of the second night. My right heel is typically about a 7 with pain and a little over 24 hrs later it’s at about a 3. Workers from were helpful and courteous rather than confrontational or avoidant. Rare these days.

Seriously the worst Walmart I’ve ever experienced. The customer service is terrible. I asked for help with socks (that are locked up behind a security wall) with a young Hispanic lady that was working in the children’s department. Clearly had a disposition about her self when I asked for help. Just continued to place items back on the racks as I stood there for 20 minutes. Just looked at me with no regard to help. So I waited another 10 minutes then asked again and she stated “just a few more minutes”. At that point I left. And cancelled my Walmart plus. I’m not sure how corporate allows this place to run like this. And FYI they have fully armored police officers roaming the store which should give some indication on what’s going on around this store. I won’t go into the auto department…

This Walmart is super clean and well organized! They also have a large variety in the clothing section, which I really appreciate. It’s usually difficult for me to find clothes in my size, but this Walmart actually had great options available. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience!

Tahlina, the store manager, profiled me without cause and treated me as though I was suspicious despite me giving absolutely no indication of theft, misconduct, or any disruptive behavior. I entered the store simply trying to purchase clothing for work while still on the clock. Instead of being treated like any other customer, I was followed throughout the women’s section after already expressing discomfort with her behavior and asking her to stop profiling and harassing me. Before this escalated, she had already refused to open the fitting rooms while customers waited in line for over ten minutes. I explained to her that I am deaf and that my direct tone of voice should not be mistaken for aggression or hostility. Despite this, she continued escalating the situation and falsely characterized me as “violent” simply because I was holding a clothing hanger while speaking. She repeatedly violated my privacy as a customer by closely monitoring every item I brought into the fitting room, personally checking pockets, and instructing other employees to double-check my clothing items even though she was not assigned to the fitting room area. Her behavior went far beyond normal loss-prevention procedures and became targeted harassment that made me feel humiliated and singled out in front of other customers and staff. She continued following me around the store after I asked her to stop, creating an intimidating and hostile shopping environment that ultimately prevented me from completing my purchase. Police were called and asked me to leave despite me attempting to de-escalate and explain the situation. One of the responding officers even stated that similar complaints involving this manager and other customers had happened before and advised me to contact the store’s general manager directly. I believe I was unfairly profiled, denied reasonable privacy while using the fitting room, and subjected to discriminatory and harassing treatment without justification.
