This is the most disappointing HEB! I have been an avid curbside user for years and I just moved to the area and so far have placed two orders and in both orders I have received an expired item. Last week, I received expired milk and this week I received hummus that expired five days ago. Best By June 16th and I placed this order on June 21st.

Nice and clean store! The restrooms are located on the store level and the pharmacy is located on ground level beside a coffee shop. There is plenty of parking space but I would recommend shopping early to avoid hectic parking lot. The Bbq spot was delicious. The smoked turkey was seasoned perfectly and cornbread was delicious. They have a wonderful staff and they were super helpful helping me choose items from the menu. H‑E‑B has the best homemade tortillas so I was super excited to see that they had 9 inch fresh tortillas as well! ☺️ We didn’t get a chance to take the escalators because they were down when we went but we the 3 elevators were available! They are very spacious and shopping cart friendly. I would highly recommend this store location.

My favorite H-E-B – incredible selection and the best staff! This H-E-B never disappoints. The store is massive and has everything you could need – from a fantastic international wine selection and wide variety of craft beers to excellent fresh sushi and a great range of pre-made meals. The staff are consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Clayton in the healthy living department is especially wonderful – always patient and ready to help even after a long day. The gas pumps out front are a huge convenience too. Love this store!

I love this new H-E-B in Austin! The store is clean, well-organized, and has plenty of space to shop comfortably. They have a wide variety of products, including fresh produce, meats, and a fantastic wine selection. Best of all, the prices are great.

Bad customer service at self checkout 10 or fewer items I asked guy for a bad and he didn’t want to even do his job or even scan his HEB BRAND NEW BAG THAT HE WAS SELLING TO ME AND THEN SAID IT WAS FREE. AND THEN SOME STRANGE LADY CAME OUT FLYIND BEHIND HIM DOING A BIG DEAL TOO ABOUT IT AND JUST TRYING START STUFF AT THE SELF CHECKOUT/ CHECKOUT NONSTOP TALKING AND SHE WOULDNT STOP TALKING BACK AND GIVING BAD ATTITUDE. BAD EXPERIENCE. YOU CANT EVEN ASK THEM A SINGLE QUESTION. WHEN I TOLD A REGULAR SACKING GUY FOR ONE HE AND ANOTHER HISPANIC CHICK GAVE ME THE RUNAROUND JUST TO BOTHER EVERYONE NONSTOP. SHE CAME TO PESTER ME AT THE ELEVATOR A MILLION YEARS LATER AND THIS WAS THE FOURTH PERSON TO GIVE ME BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOBODY DOES THAT. The ovens in the bakery yesterday were so blazing high out to the bakery aile that they almost melted my face away!! So annoying!!
